Nukuhau Views is a beautifully renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom family home offering stunning lake views and the perfect base for your next Taupo getaway. Ideally located just a 12-minute stroll to town and the popular Lions Walkway, youâll have easy access to scenic walking, running, and biking tracks along the lakefront.
There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds + Trundle
This sunny, modern home features a spacious open-plan living area that opens out to a large deck â the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sun set with a glass of wine, or fire up the BBQ for an easy evening meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and a heat pump in the lounge ensures youâll stay cosy in winter.
Wi-Fi and linen are included for your convenience.
You're just minutes from Taupoâs vibrant cafĂ©s, shops, and attractions, with the Nukuhau boat ramp only 2 minutes away. Whether youâre here for an event, a fishing trip, a round of golf, or to hit the ski fields (only 55 minutes away), Nukuhau Views is ideally positioned for it all.

Additional cars must park on the street â please keep the shared driveway clear and avoid using neighbours' driveways

This is a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults.
Additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in TaupĆ.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQâs, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
