HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Linda, the owner is amazing. She called in advance to go over details and recommend places to go and things to do. She was very accessible and responded quickly when we had questions during our stay. A Must Stay On The Lake!

Absolutely amazing experience in this adorable home on the lake with beautiful amenities and the perfect host! We felt welcome from the call before arrival and again the moment we walked through the door! Loved the house, location, and the host went out of the way to ensure our stay was perfect! We loved this place!Great boat ramp location. Super close to Drafts and Watercrafts.Our wonderful host thought of everything and went above and beyond - even providing a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday (delicious, btw)! Thanks so much for the wonderful time. The girls all loved it!

Great lakefront property, the host was so easy to work with and kept us updated and answered all our questions. House was very very clean, and their were a ton of extras that we didn't expect. Truly just bring your clothes and your food. We had a great time and really enjoyed using the backyard grill, sitting by the lake, and enjoying the amazing lakefront view!

We had the most amazing experience this week at Tim’s Ford Lake! This property was so clean and comfortable we are already looking at our plans to come back. It was even better than advertised! The host was absolutely amazing, communicative, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and made us feel incredibly appreciated and welcomed! If you’re needing a lake retreat, look no further, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Memorial Day weekend

We loved this place, perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The house is immaculate and has a perfect layout. The direct lake access is so convenient. Would love to come back!

Lovely home. Immaculate and had all the necessary items to feel relaxed. Gorgeous views of the lake and quiet neighborhood. Loved the short drive to town. The pool was perfect for us and our toddler. Host was incredible. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Linda really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. The house was immaculate and had an amazing view. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Fantastic Rental Home!

This home is a true gem and the hostess, Linda, is wonderful. The setting is ideal with beautiful views and a great location. It is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and organized. I recommend without hesitation and am already thinking about another visit in the future.

The perfect property for us.

My wife and I were were visiting the area for several days because our daughter was playing at the Bonnaroo Music Festival nearby. This was the perfect spot to get away from the madness of the festival. The property is immaculate and our hostess left some very nice snacks for us to enjoy. I highly reccommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Girls trip

What a beautiful home on a gorgeous lake!! Enjoyed a very, very much needed girls trip and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! One of the Best!

Beautiful views of the lake! That sunroom is a gem. Exceptionally clean, well-equipped and organized. Linda is truly the “hostess with the mostest.” One of the very best homes I have rented on VRBO in twenty years!
