We loved the house overall. The location on the lake was great. Loved sitting out on the deck with the views. Everyone room in the house was really nice. It was overall very clean but somethings seemed to go overlooked.

Property needs repairs and upgrades. Property good for a frat party, not good for family (especially not good for young children).Management company very supportive, above average communication and responsiveness.Interior cleaning services were acceptable.Really disappointed with property and VRBO.

Perfect for a Group of Friends

Even nicer than the pictures! It was perfect for our group of friends. There was a dock that you could swim and fish off of which was convenient and not crowded like other places at the Lake. There were many pools and restaurants in the area as well that we could go to. Overall, it was a great trip and a good property to stay at. We will likely try to stay here again next year.

Great Lake Getaway!

We spent a lovely long weekend at Sharon’s place on the lake for a bachelorette party and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was in a great location. We were able to use the community pool and hit up Margaritaville. It was also easy to get an Uber to the strip and to some of the lakeside bars. Sharon was a great communicator and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Girls weekend

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Very nice, updated, bedrooms are very spacious. Has a big deck (it could use a good cleaning but it was usable) We were very happy with the property and location. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin on the Lake

The location of this cabin was great, right on the lake with direct dock access. A decent sized deck with a clean grill. Inside fell a bit short of what we anticipated; it just wasn't very clean. Wrappers, dust, & leftover items from previous stays were not cleaned up very well. We liked it was close to a grocery stores, golf, and a great pizza place at the brewery not far away. Overall, we had a great time and a nice stay, just wish the property was kept up nicer.

Lights outside did not work at all , when I called the Joyce the property manager she got right on it and we had lights when we returned back to the house that evening! It was buggy spider weds in a lot of the rooms and the front entrance. It was a beautiful place and we will go back!

Baseball World Series week

My husband, 10 year-old son, my mom, and my son’s teammate and his father all traveled to Lake of the Ozarks for the week for a baseball World Series. Our team chose the Tan-tar-a Estates as a central location. This was one of the best decisions we made! This gated community was perfect to commute to other houses by golf cart or walking, felt safe, and close to everything we needed. The home was just as pictured. Bedrooms were very large, even with multiple beds, there was ample room for moving around, Two of the bedrooms were located upstairs and one bedroom was located on the main level of the house. This worked extremely well for my 80-year-old mother who did not have to go up and downstairs to go to her room frequently from the kitchen or living area. luggage, multiple people in the room at one time, etc. Each bedroom had its own en suite, which made for a very private stay for the different families in the home, as well as a full bathroom available for any guests in the kitchen/family room quarters. The kitchen was well stocked and thrilled that it had a crockpot we were able to use! The rooms have individual air conditioners, so they could be set to each families preference temperature. My son and husband‘s favorite part of the home was the dock right off the lake. They spent just about every morning and evening fishing. I would definitely recommend staying here, the home was everything pictured and described! Thank you.

We had a great weekend! The only thing that was frustrating was that the refrigerator didn't work or keep anything cold. We had to get extra ice to keep all of our food cold in coolers. The property managers were very quick to respond and come out to the property, but nothing came of the visit. Also, I would warn anyone with a car to be careful parking in the designated parking area. I scraped my car up pretty bad (which is a sedan). The SUVs had no issues. Overall, we loved this house and it was perfect for our group! We especially liked how there were so MANY bathrooms. Definitely a must with so many girls staying in one place. We will be back next year! Thanks!

Lakefront cabin Osage Beach

We arrived and had no problem finding and entering the location with pin code. If you are pulling a boat like we were, I would advise to drop off boat at the boat launch at Margaritaville first as the roads in the community of house are narrow, steep and curvy! We learned this the hard way! The house inside was nicely done and clean(could always be cleaner but it wasn't bad) the upstairs bedrooms did have some water damaged ceilings that needed repaired they made the house, which was otherwise nice, seem a bit rundown. Bathrooms were nice, no shampoo or conditioner was available-not sure if it was listed on the amenities or not as I couldn't access the information after our stay. Washer and dryer worked and supplies were there for your use. We didn't use anything form the kitchen but is looked well stocked should you wish to cook while on vacation! They had games to play but most had pieces missing. Televisions all worked. The dock was easy to get to from Margaritaville and we left our boat docked during our stay and had no problems. Here is the big disappointment about the property if you have nay desire to make use of the outside patios/decks, forget it. There wasn't much furniture, definitely not enough if you had a houseful. It was also very unkempt . It didn't look like any attention for cleanliness was given to the outside of the house at all, front, back, or the dock. In order to utilize this area we would have had to clean it ourselves. All the furniture was super dirty as well. The umbrella to the outdoor dining table was covered in mold. Cobwebs were abundant and it was clear they had been there a while. The front of the house was also in disarray, broken lighting, hoses, lots of debris and cobwebs. If they get the outside to match the inside they could easily get a 5 star rating, even with the water damaged ceilings! But unfortunately, they are dropping the ball on the outside maintenance to make this a great destination that offers a large home WITH great outdoor space for gatherings with friends and family.

Inside was pretty good, outside needs work.

This rental is in a great location for boating and by land, with a close proximity to fun. Being close to Margaritaville was great, we enjoyed the pool and entertainment. Getting into the house was easy. The inside of the house was nice and clean and well stocked with the exception of bath and kitchen towels. We had 10 people stay and had to wash towels every day to have enough for showers. The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, etc we needed to cook and eat with. The outside decks and dock need a good cleaning so they can be more useful/enjoyable. There was a chair burned/rusted into the ground on the landing for example, and there are a lot of webs and messes that have been on the deck/dock for awhile. There was trash in the dock sinks that was there when we arrived. If the outside patio/deck/dock was more appealing, we’d stay again.
