'By The Beach' Seaside Holiday Home Margaret River

The modern self contained home features polished concrete floors and rammed limestone walls. The fully landscaped garden makes a fabulous entertaining area with bbq, outdoor seating and massive lawn area. Limestone steps at the front of the house take you down to the road for a short walk to the amazing beaches, restaurants and kids playgrounds. When you return there is an outdoor shower to rinse off in.

'By the Beach' is suitable for families or for multiple couples with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The area has a large outdoor entertaining area with wooden deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom is situated upstairs with a king sized bed and has its own large ensuit. The room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the balcony that has stunning ocean views. A beautiful place to watch the sunset with a delicious wine from the region. There is also a flatscreen tv and built in wardrobe in this room.

Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and plenty of bench space for cooking and entertaining. The dining area is an open plan space next to the kitchen. This room has glimpses of ocean views and north facing windows. This allows lovely light to filter through while the glass sliding doors can be opened up to bring the outside in. There is also a flatscreen tv in this room .

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - one with a king sized bed, one with 2 king singles and both have built in wardrobes. Another spacious bathroom and separate toilet room are next to the bedrooms. The bathroom features a luxurious free standing bath and shower.

A beautifully appointed lounge room is at the end of the house and has an entry to the garden via a large sliding door. This is a spacious room to relax in and features a large Smart tv with VAST satellite stations and DVD player.


All bedrooms have block out blinds and regular blinds throughout the rest of the house for your privacy, heaters and pedestal fans.

**Owners live onsite in a detached studio apartment separate and private to the main house.
