Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the

Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-

bedroom, three-bath property is a beautiful unit with slate floors, heated

bathroom flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace. This unit sleeps a maximum of

10 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The townhome has a king,

a queen, 2 twin beds and 2 setoff twin bunk beds perfect for two families to

enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer. Short walk to the year round amenities

Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a

plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun

surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full

access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated

pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and

more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required

than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Overall this was a great stay! Super convenient and prime location to Mammoth Village area, only about 7-9 mins. We were able to take our boards and walk to the gondola toward Canyon Lodge easily. Quick drive to town (10 mins or less) for grocery and rental shop. The office was accommodating and easy to communicate. There will be communication from Vrbo with RedAwning but also the main communication from the local office which is Mammoth Estate as well. The facility itself was great with lots of space and full amenities. Only few things that I wish was better. The shower temperature fluctuates between room. The shower drains pretty slowly. The heat took a while to get warm but it was toasty at night. Overall still a pleasant stay for great location !!

Good but for a few things

Downside to an otherwise positive condo. Have stayed at many here in the last 30 years. Not enough silverware, spoons especially. Dishwasher works but bottom tray falls off track easily and is hard to replace especially if loaded. Internet was unreliable in one week of stay (seems to be true in other units too). Master bedroom bath has a ridiculously low shower head. Adults could not sit up on lower bunk. And top bunks were wobbly. Master bedroom bed had dips on each side. Overall, was good for 6 adults. Nice big TV screen and easy connection for Apple TV. Staff was great about letting us move early to a smaller unit nearby.

The place was nice! It suited all of our needs during a quick weekend trip! I would highly recommend this place large groups of people or families.

Mammoth Estates

The staff for Mammoth reservations was very friendly. I called once before arriving and they answered questions I had after receiving my emailed itinerary. Upon arriving to Mammoth earlier than check in, we went boating on June Lake and I realized I didn't save my emailed itinerary. Called Mammoth reservations and they emailed me another copy review again everything with me and I so happened the unit I rented was ready at 3pm a few hours early. Not expected but nice of them to alert me and welcome our party. Excellent service and super friendly group when walking into there shop. Thank you for a great time and I hope all who read will feel confident with this team. Our four bedroom unit was clean fully stocked with bedding, towels, bathroom amenities and fully stocked kitchen supplies.
