We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. My only complaint would be the sofa was not comfortable.

The host kept a check on everything and us being fine with property. The view was fantastic. The condo was great as well.

The third floor balcony facing the beach gave excellent views, and that was the best amenity in our opinion. Walking right out to a beautiful beach was what we were looking for and were not disappointed. unfortunately, The two kitchen chairs were wobbly and the couch was uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this place. You can’t beat the balcony and views.

Complex is located at a perfect spot along the beach. Not crowded, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unit was good size for just my husband and I. We planned ahead to cook breakfast everyday and had all the kitchen equipment needed. Pool was well maintained as well. Our only disappointment was we were not able to use our balcony as much as we would like, or eat our breakfast outside due to many smokers in the complex. There are several non- smoking complex signs, but they were ignored. This was our experience and bad luck as I realize you can't control the other guests around you.

Everything was great. We had a couple of questions which were answered satisfactorily and in a timely manner.The condo was as advertised with beautiful views and direct beach access. Tybee Island had a lot to offer. We also made a few trips into Savannah.
