Everything was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to cook! We made meatball sandwiches to serve throughout one day - using their crock pot!! Elaine was in contact with me whenever we needed to talk. Wish they had a mini rechargeable hand held vac vs just a broom. Location to the beach was perfect!!

Relaxing stay in beautiful location

This rental was one of the best, in our experience. The Crest is quiet, which we prefer over Wildwood, itself. The entire building and grounds was impeccably clean. Our particular rental was also spotless, up-to-date and the owners were so friendly. I made sure to flag this location as I would definitely return for another visit.

The property was very clean and comfortable. My family of 6 slept well and enjoyed the private beach. The management staff were friendly and helpful as well. We took advantage of the community grills the building offers and the heated pool was awesome on a cooler day!

Good Location for the Barefoot Music Festival

We just needed a place to crash, and this property fit the bill. It was clean and conveniently located. It's close to the beach so I enjoyed morning walks without having to get in a car. We didn't use any of the amenities.

Perfect Oceanside Condo

Second floor condo with an elevator and hotel type luggage cart made check-in and out very easy. Also two sets of stairs brought you down very close to your vehicle. Nice patio to enjoy your money coffee. Kitchen nicely equipped and the remodeled bathroom is beautiful.

The host was awesome and promptly responsive when we had a slight issue with tv. I think it was more user error! Great room and beautiful views of beach! Lovely stay for me and my mom.

Great location and very clean! Loved having a reserved parking spot. Only two negatives for this rental, price was a bit high and the one mattress in the bedroom was horrible. My back hurt all week and I had a hard time sleeping.

Perfect!

This property is absolutely perfect for a few nights at the beach. It’s super clean and very very easy to use as home base for beach days — the beach is right there! Love the little areas to sit around the property on the decks. We didn’t use the grills but saw others using them and they looked very nice. We used the pool and it was clean, well maintained and nice for a little dip. The staff at the property is diligent about making sure you belong there —checking the parking lot frequently, but they are super courteous and helpful too! I could go on and on but bottom line is you won’t be disappointed if you rent this condo.

Wow! This property was a gem! Elaine is a fantastic communicator. The property listing was very accurate. It was homey and cozy and perfect for 2 people. My mom and I enjoyed our time very much. The condo was so clean and when there was a slight issue with a bad lightbulb, they made sure it was fixed as soon as possible. Someone mentioned the noise from the pool across the street. It was noisy (but sounded like fun!) during the day but everything quieted down at night. Oh! Don’t miss out on the ice cream truck that stops by every night. I loved being away from the hubbub of the boardwalk but also close enough to drive there and enjoy it. I also appreciated the dedicated parking spot and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We didn’t use the pool at all but it looked nice! Thank you Elaine and Walt for sharing your place with us! I would definitely stay there again!

The condo is located in a 2 star motel on the beach. Sideways facing view of the beach, but all balconies are connected, so you’ll either need to keep the blinds closed or everyone looks in while they walk past, especially after dark. Mostly the unit was clean, and the bathroom looks like it’s had some updates, but the rest of the unit certainly needs some updating. In addition to needing to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, you also need to bring your own towels, including a dish towel and there is also no sponge, so you would need to pack that as well if you are going to do the dishes, which is on the side of the fridge. We had to go buy extra toilet paper and a sponge since there was just a half roll when the 3 of us arrived. This motel is directly on the beach, so it as close as you can get, but I will say that it is relatively loud in terms of the hotel across the street, which hosts a lot of partiers, and people on either side of you in this unit, which woke us up through the night. That’s no fault of the condo owners, so I won’t fault anyone for that. Be aware there’s no oven or toaster oven, so cooking is either done in the microwave or electric stovetop, not great. Suggestions for this unit: supply linens As it makes vacationing much less stressful, Supply several rolls of toilet paper and paper towels & sponge, add a white noise machine, have a few chairs or umbrella, it’s something I’ve seen included in other places in the area. New ice tray also, as it leaks!

Amazing location and fit the needs for our family. Location: There is a ramp to get on the Beach is right next to the property (no street to cross, no hotel in between). . Free beach (no passes necessary) and about 2 blocks from a cute diner. Right off Atlantic and easy to get to. Pool was clean but in the shade. Made a nice spot for a dip after the beach. Size of unit: Traveled w my partner and two kids under 8, so the space was adequate but if we had older kids or more ppl we would need more space I think. There was decent counter space and a full sized fridge /microwave and lots of places to store groceries etc. Coin operated laundry on the same floor as the unit. Check in process was easy: they messaged us before we were coming w condo rules. Parking pass for one car only (street parking is all paid so no where else for a second car). Our coffee machine broke and they replaced it that day w no issue. They also recommended some nice places to eat and had a menu book. . Only slight thing is that the couch could have been more comfy. We didn’t open it for the pull out bed. : everyone we met (other owners too!) was super helpful and welcoming. It was a quiet spot. Overall it was a great stay! Elaine and Walt were great. .

Nice place to crash close to the beach!!

Let me preface my review by saying we have 3 small children, and while I would not recommend for families in our situation, I think it would be perfect for some! Just depends on what you are looking for :) The condo was very clean!! Wish we had a small vacuum as there was always sand and again— 3 small kids lol! We like to clean as we go along our day and didn’t have any cleaning supplies to do so except for the paper towels and broom. Could use updating, but again it was clean and that’s more important to me! It is small, and since we were using the pull-out couch as a bed, we truly had no room for anyone to move around. The beds definitely need replaced. I am 6 months pregnant and really struggled with the bed closest to the door, you could feel the springs. The one by the window isn’t too bad! Don’t forget to bring your own linens or rent. The WiFi was consistently very, very slow. Even while away on vacation, we use WiFi for the kids at night and in the mornings. We had to turn our WiFi off and used data. There is cable tho that works!! My son is just very particular about his shows :) The location is so nice. We have a special needs son so it was fantastic to have a wooden walkway down to the beach! There’s a place to rent beach chairs and umbrellas right there, which we utilized and were very happy with. The outdoor showers really helped cut down on sand. And that pool was a dream!!! Fabulous! Barely ever anyone in there (we went in middle of July), warm and just so refreshing after the day of beaching. There’s a small 1 ft area that’s gated off from the rest of the pool, which was so nice for my littles. Staff were friendly— no beach toys outside your door or they’ll be knocking lol! You have to keep it all inside. There’s a nice little patio area direct ocean-front that you share with the 2nd floor condos, but again it was never crowded. Very pretty place to sit in the evenings. The location is sooo good and they have themselves an excellent cleaning staff! With new mattresses and WiFi it would be an easy 5 stars! We wouldn’t stay again just bc it’s too small for our family, but that’s no one’s fault :) I know I read reviews thoroughly before choosing a house, so I hope that helps!!

Nice Unit in a great location... Highly Recommended!

My wife and I stayed at the unit for a couple of nights, mainly because it was the first time NOT staying at a hotel, so we wanted to ease into the vacation rental experience. Very happy that this was our first time, because the unit was very clean, comfortable, perfectly located steps away from the beach and communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. This is also our first time staying in Wildwood Crest and we are fans. Will definitely be going back, hopefully to this unit. The property in general was also well kept, plenty of lighting at night and we felt very secure. The primary maintenance man, Paul, also deserves to be applauded for always being on top of things. Seemed like every time we turned around, there he was sweeping, cleaning and although we didn't take to opportunity to use the pool, he was on top of that too. Bottom line, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, location close to the beach, nearby restaurants and Wildwood's boardwalk for the nightlife, this is worth the rental! Enjoy!
