Beautiful lake apartment

Beautiful apartment and a beautiful location absolutely perfect place to relax after my son had been competing in the Junior Golf World Championships at Pinehurst. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if playing again in Pinehurst

Fun Get Away Weekend!

We loved this rental and the balcony lake view especially!The kitchen is stocked with everything to meet your culinary needs. Easy to find too.Location is easy with grocery store and gas stations just minutes away!If we come back to the area again this rental will be our first choice.As listed in the property description this rental is on a 2nd floor with stairs. They are easy to navigate and the parking is good right in front.Thanks for a great stay.Rich & Beth

Place was clean, decorated nicely, view SPECTACULAR! Only issues and Firestone is serious the key pad DIDNOT work it would not let us in. Spent way too much time messing with that but God bless Janet she helped us thru that mess. Only other problem tv . My guest could not get the to work could not change channels.Fix those things and it would be perfect.

The location was perfect. The place was nicely decorated. Sleeping was uncomfortable as the mettresses (all) were too soft. The place is infested with carpenter bees and spiders. The coffeemaker makes one cup at a time and very slowly. Due to poor sleeping we left early.

The stay that didn’t happen

When we arrived, it turned out that the condo had no water, so we never stayed there. We did see the place, and it looked nice and as described. The problem was unforeseen, and so I don’t blame any. Evolve, the managing company was VERY good to work with, and the people I talked to were great. So, all in all, very positive about Evolve, and I did end up getting a refund. We found our own place to stay elsewhere.

There was construction in the unit downstairs, but we were unaware our water would be turned off! We are truly sorry and hope the full refund made up for any inconvenience. Cleanliness

The Condo was very dated. The carpeting in the bedrooms need to be replaced, they seemed clean except for a few stains but were worn so the traffic areas looked dirty. The sheets had stains on them as well as the pillows, this I noticed when we stripped the beds when we left.The windows all had cobwebs on them, mostly outside. Several lightbulbs burned out. And the mattresses all need to be replaced. It was a reasonable price and loved having the pool.

Beds unconfortable and bee and spider infested. Full disclosure, this condo is coined "the bee hive"

The condo was nicely decorated and our first impression was it was a lovely place. Until we decided to relax on the deck overseeing the lake. We were swarmed by carpenter bees on the deck and each time we exited and entered the condo. Things got worse when we retired for the evening and found each of the four beds with very soft and uncomfortable matresses. After an anbeviated sleep we went to make coffee with only a one cup at a time coffeemaker. Spider webs were rampant both inside and outside the condo. We booked 4 nights but left after the 3rd night. Not a place we would recommend.

Perfect for the family reunion

The perfect rental for our family reunion, the space was bright, clean and welcoming. We appreciated the outdoor balcony in the mornings, overlooking the lake, and the pool on the hot afternoons. An excellent rental and we’d definitely consider returning. One tip - some of the beds are extraordinarily soft, not everyone’s preference. We made it work because we also had a local option at Grandpa’s house, so we were able to move people around to accommodate preferences. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

Chose for the lake view

Overall positive experience. The condo is in need of some updates (bathrooms, blinds, shower drain, mattress). We did not care for the door code provided as it would seem too easy to be guessed. When inquired, was told essentially that nothing could be done. The queen mattress needs replacing and was uncomfortable for the 2 of us. While there is a single cup coffee maker, not enough coffee was provided for two people for 3 days (did not make time to contact rental company). Some of the individual vertical blinds were missing or would fall when opening or closing. Pros: Nice view. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in and out. Good location. As a result, I cannot award a 5 star rating. But it does not fall as low as a 3 star

A great base with amazing view

Positives - fabulous location with beautiful view over the lake. Very well equipped and lovely extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. Negatives - we all felt that the mattresses need replacing. They are so soft, you fall into the middle. All have suffered from back ache as a result The condo also needs a booklet with instructions for things such as TV, washing machine etc, where the pool key is and opening times etc.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We came in for a wedding at The Fair Barn. The property was just what we needed. Quiet, with plenty of room for multiple people to get ready for a wedding after setting up, and then also enough room to be able to decompress after a long day. It was perfect!

wonderful condo

We stayed here in early April for my sisters 80th birthday who lives in Pinehurst. The condo was perfect- Immaculate, bright, looking right out on the lake, quiet, easy parking, everything you might need for a stay. What a nice surprise to find birthday balloons and a delicious cake on our arrival ! Thank you so much! Also I want to mention I unfortunately left my I pad and sunhat there; I spoke with the cleaning staff and she had found it . She was so pleasant and sent it to me promptly. So thoughtful and much appreciated! I highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Really Nice Place

I liked this property a lot. The lakeview was perfect. I liked the small touches like leaving games for people to paly, even though I did not use them. I would definitely go back.
