House was beautiful pictures don’t do it justice. It was a wonderful stay. I loved that there was abundance of cookware and spices etc that made cooking at home easier. The only complaint is we had limited bath towels 4 and 3 wash clothes and no kitchen washcloths. The master bedroom bed and bathroom were missed between guests so I had to wash sheets and towels right away when I got there.

Clean, spacious, and nice location

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this home. Plenty of space for two families (9 people total). Awesome master bathroom, pool was clean and the kids enjoyed playing at the basketball hoop at the pool.

Beautiful home!!

We had a fabulous get away at this beautiful property. The pool was awesome and it was close to sites, great restaurants, and groceries. Lovely home and backyard that made us not ever want to leave. Home is decorated very tastefully and had all of the needed supplies to make the stay comfortable and homelike. We will definitely keep this on our favorites list and look at returning in the future.

The house itself was very nice and modern. The location was great. However, there was no TV in the master bathroom (which we enjoy at night) there was also no dresser or luggage rack and the closet is mostly used for storage so we lived out of our suitcase the whole week. The cleanliness of the home was horrible. We had to clean the toilets before using them (poop and pee all over the toilets) we had to wash our sheets (they had all sorts of hair all over them), we had to clean the bath/shower before using them (hair everywhere), there was food left in the fridge. The property manager did come by and take pictures of the complaints and offer to have the cleaners come by the next day to have it cleaned but we drove 11 hours and didn’t want to have to leave or want people in there with our personal belongings so we cleaned it ourselves. I’m not sure we would recommend the house due to the cleanliness. If they do a deep clean on the whole house then yes we would recommend.

Overall Good Property But Not Great For Families

House was spacious, lots of extra blankets/pillows and homey feel. Our contact Deborah was quick to respond. Pool heat is included and it is by far best pool heating I’ve ever gotten with a rental! However, my biggest problem is that this house isn’t safe for families with young children. There were absolutely no working door locks or alarms on the doors leading to the pool. The basketball hoop in the pool is also a huge safety hazard, it is broken and leaving rusty metal all over the patio and is tied together with rope. The pool patio also needs deep cleaned. Apart from this there were some minor inconveniences such as 1 single dish cloth in the kitchen and no cold water at the kitchen sink. Overall the property is good if you’re diligent about safety. Would stay here again if they addressed the safety issues.

Non maintained pool

The interior of the home was nicely decorated and roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool however was not maintained and not usable for us at all during our stay. The pool drain cover was broken and had a hole in it, exposing the intake area underneath making it a possible entrapment hazard. We were not willing to risk our children's safety by allowing them to swim with risk of their hair, swimsuit, etc being pulled into the hole of the drain. The management company was very responsive and understanding but it was clear that correcting this safety issue was not a priority for the owner. Also, the pool was really dirty, which made sense upon finding out from the management company that the weekly pool maintenance had been discontinued. The screen enclosure for the pool is ripped open in a half dozen places which is likely why a snake was swimming in the pool when we arrived. There is a canal immediately behind the property so snakes weren't a big surprise but maintaining the pool area would have prevented one from being in the pool. Disappointing trip for us as our kids stared at a pool for days that they couldn't use.

Hi Bryce, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience so we're disappointed that we missed the mark. - As soon as we were made aware of your concerns, we promptly responded and immediately contacted our pool maintenance service. It was only at that time we were made aware that they had not serviced the pool that week due to our card on the record being involved in identity theft. However, we were able to get that issue situated and scheduled a service replacement for the cover at the earliest available time. We were able to have them come out and clean the pool the following morning. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. We will follow up with our maintenance team to further investigate your concerns with the screens and make any necessary repairs. We hope that the measure taken by both ourselves and Evolve made up for the inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Our First beach house rented

The check in process was easy, the property manager responded to all messages in a timely manner. The only things we could complain about was the dryer turns on but don’t dry your clothes, one of bed linen look like some one had a nose bleed and it wasn’t washed. But overall we would definitely come back. We were so close to different beaches and the local stores.

Wonderful home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home was large enough for everyone to have a room, we had all we needed for cooking, enough towels to go around! The home made us feel welcome and like our home! We all hung out on the couch, we were comfortable in the beds, the pool! My family who came by to visit remarked on the decor and how beautiful the home was put together! The only downside was the code didn't work when we arrived, so we had to wake up and crash at family's house middle of the night! I wasn't offered comp for that night since we couldn't get in. Next time we visit we will definitely see if this home is available!! I highly recommend it !!! Grocery is close, Flagler beach isn't far, approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic!

Broken lanai let in animals

Overall, the house was as described in the listing. The major downfall of our stay was the broken screens on the lanai, we ended up having a cat climb through the broken screens and stay the entire time we were present- crying at the door the entire time. This also let many bugs and a squirrel in too. Communication with the property manager about this issue was poor. There was also no disclosure about the broken lanai or broken coffee maker prior to us arriving.

Very nice house

Stayed in this house for 3 nights and found it to be very clean and well decorated. Perfect for a small family. Close to Flagler Beach. Would definitely stay here again.
