Sit back and relax in your oasis. This stunning vacation paradise pair is brand new and professionally decorated. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach and is located in the heart of Mid Island. Close to shopping and restaurants. This double feature is an 8-bedroom and 4-bath vacation paradise with all the bells and whistles. Walk into open-concept great rooms and kitchens with 14' ceilings and top-of-the-line finishes. Tons of light with double sliders walking out to the decks overlooking the tropical pool landscape. Plenty of space for entertaining and with 2 upper balcony decks on both the front and the back of both houses; perfect spots from sunrise to sunset. Beautiful travertine pool decks with 6 ft privacy fences and covered patios are a fantastic area to gather for a fun-filled BBQ. Each home includes a 6-car garage with plenty of parking. You won't want to leave this perfect vacation paradise.

This home as well as the neighboring home are perfect for a double family vacation, as they are only a few steps away from each other!

Great stay!

Rented 2 homes in Fort Myers Beach FL next door to each other! Each home had there own pool and family enjoyed visiting back and forth. Great vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We really didn’t need to bring anything else besides food because Lisa kept the house super well stocked. The dock was so wonderful and we caught lots of blue crabs and fish right off the dock. Lisa was a very responsive host and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return to this property again!

Great place for a large group!

Relaxing place and was great to have 2 separate houses for such a large group (14). Would recommend. Had a little trouble getting the garage code, but that was the only issue.

Nice Location

Zero flexibility on check in. Did lack some necessities, such as commonly used kitchen tools. Plumbing not the best and Pools were not heated. Overall enjoyed location.

We stayed at these two beautiful homes side by side and had a wonderful experience. Both houses were extremely clean, modern, and very well equipped with all the utensils and essentials needed. The décor was lovely, and the spaces are perfect for families to enjoy together. The only recommendation we would give is to consider creating a connecting access between the two houses, perhaps through the patio, since we had to go up and down the stairs each time to move between them. This is not a complaint, just a future suggestion to make it even more convenient. Also, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, so fumigation would definitely help improve the outdoor experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!
