We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We take guest concerns seriously and would like to provide some context for future guests. We were not aware of an issue with the upstairs shower before your arrival. As soon as you notified us, we immediately began arranging repairs, and a licensed plumber replaced the faucet handle the following day. We worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the A/C units. Due to the unusually cool weather in northern Michigan, our seasonal window A/C units had not yet been installed. As soon as we were notified, we offered to have them installed immediately and have since updated our procedures to ensure they’re installed earlier each season. We appreciate your feedback and have already made improvements based on your experience.

As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest. - We strive to provide all of our guests with a 5-star experience and sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. Hi Adrian, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. The listing does not advertise air conditioning, but we're sorry that this caught you off guard. The homeowners let us know that they have recently added window AC units and screens for many of the windows. They are sorry that they were not able to do this sooner.
