This place has a lot of room and many small, thoughtful touches throughout the house to make you feel welcome. The outdoor space is ideal for guests with children. The instructions that were left to help you with tvs, fireplace, etc were well written and easy to follow.

The bedrooms were roomy and the alcove upstairs between the bedrooms was a perfect area for privacy. However, the group was not able to use the outdoor patio, swing on lower deck and upper deck sitting areas as spiders were everywhere. We tried removing some just to walk up to each landing but by morning they had rebuilt their webs. All outside decks need a thorough pressure washing and a good spider treatment. Also, the dining room seats inside by the kitchen were covered in dog hair so a towel was used to cover the chairs. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and cooking utensils that was needed.It was just the right size vrbo for our group of eight but I would not recommend this site until the items mentioned are taken care of.

We booked this property because we needed three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The listing shows "three full bathrooms," but there were only two. Not a huge deal breaker, beds were comfy, hosts were 100% responsive and fast to answer questions and requests.

We apologize for any confusion regarding the bathroom count, but we have confirmed the property does feature three bathrooms. In addition to the bathrooms on the main and upper levels, there is a third bathroom located in the bonus room, which is accessible via a separate entrance. We include this in our listing description and send specific entry instructions for that space to ensure all guests can utilize the full amenities of the home.

We spent a quiet weekend at this house on the lake. It was perfect for our dog. The street was quiet, the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Looking forward to staying there again.

Quiet family vacation

This is a great place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place for a vacation with your family and kids. Close to the lake but not too close that you have to worry about kids getting too close while playing outside, and a great play area for the kids, my 3 and nephew ages 2-8 all had fun on the playground and swimming in the lake

Best local getaway

We wanted somewhere fun and relaxing to go for spring break but still needed to be close by for the teens with jobs and this was perfect. Not too far from home but far enough to feel like we got away. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great little get away.

Property was wonderful! We had a shared dock to access the lake and the backyard alone is worth booking if you have kids! They loved the playground and tire swing.

Lovely, clean, and fun property. Nice location on the water with dock access and tons to do for all ages. Games, toys, hot tub, etc. It is a fantastic place to rent and we will plan to return asap.

We loved this place! There were 8 of us for a holiday get together. The house is spacious, well equipped and has lots of amenities! Everything is as pictured although the pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked. The kids enjoyed the play area. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We plan to return to this property

Comfortable and spacious living!

This was a wonderful home and great yard! We made memories together as we celebrated a great event, the yard and deck out to the lake was the cherry on top! Our family had room to stretch out and it was hard to leave! We look forward to staying again in the future.
