This home is located in a quiet cove on Lake Murray. Enjoy relaxing on the screen porch with an amazing view of the lake.

The home is comfortable and spacious with over 2000 sq ft with all the amenities of home. Private dock with year round deep water. House comfortably sleeps 8. Large kitchen that includes bar seating for 3 in addition to the several dining areas in the kitchen, on the screen porch, side patio and down by the dock. Spacious screen porch has a two ceiling fans, sitting areas and dinning table.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and an upstairs sitting area that includes a full bed.

Towels and linens provided.

Floats, games and a kayak available for use during your stay.

Maximum number of overnight guests: 8
Maximum number of total guests at anytime: 10
One dog is allowed with additional pet fee..
Exterior Ring Doorbells with cameras are located on the property at the main entrance facing the driveway and in the backyard near the rear entrance.

Great house with awsome lake view from large screened in back porch and easy access to the big water. Gas and food are close by on the water. Best house we have rented at Lake Murray in 15 years.

Perfect spot for our family of six. Plenty of room and an ideal setting on the lake. Two of our days were rainy days but there was plenty of room inside and on the screened in porch to enjoy each other or be alone Molly is a great host- she communicates well, is available to help, and provides many necessities that some others do not.We highly recommend a stay at her lakeshouse.

Perfect Respite

This is a wonderful cottage style home, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s easily accessible. Also, close to restaurants by both land and water. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It offers a great swimming and kayaking area, plus beautiful sunsets. If you enjoy wildlife, you’ll see Canadian geese, ducks, cranes, large turtles, and even an egret while lounging on the screened porch overlooking the water. If there was a negative, it would only be lack of good access for small children to ease into the water. We will definitely return!

Absoulety loved the property. Even more beautiful once you walk in the door. Molly was awesome and got back to me on any questions I had quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved the screened in porch. We spent the day floating by the dock and the neighbors came right over and talked to us. We rented a boat at Fifty Fifty Watersports which was just a block away and had the best time! We did not want to leave. We are already planning our vacation for next year here!

Beautiful setting

We were down for my son’s graduation from U of SC Law School. A little bit of a drive to Columbia but great setting to stay out of the city. House was very comfortable and the screen porch was a plus! Would stay again!

Great rental on Lake Murray!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, clean and comfortable, as were the outdoor spaces. We spent many wonderful hours on the screened in porch and the dock. Communication with Molly was a breeze, and we would definitely stay here again.
