We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping and maintenance concerns you encountered, including the wrappers and popsicle sticks, loose bed board, and ceiling stains. This is not the level of cleanliness or upkeep we want our guests to experience, and we’ll share these concerns with the appropriate team for review. We also appreciate your comments about the parking and building directions. We understand how difficult it can be to navigate a large property without clear signage, especially upon arrival, and we’ll take your feedback into consideration as we look for ways to make the check-in process easier for guests.
