Escapade au bord de la mer.

Suite lumineuse, récemment rénovée et climatisée, indépendante, située dans notre maison en bord de mer, au cœur d’une crique paisible de la célèbre Margaret’s Bay. Elle se trouve dans un cadre semblable à un parc, où les gens viennent en voiture pour faire des promenades relaxantes, avec ou sans animaux de compagnie. Vous disposerez de votre propre terrasse privée digne d’un complexe hôtelier, avec un gazebo couvert commun pouvant accueillir 6 personnes bain à remous. Apportez vos kayaks ou utilisez les nôtres (nous ne nous en servons jamais !). Profitez d’un feu de camp convivial dans la cheminée extérieure (sauf en cas d’interdiction de feu) avec la personne qui vous est chère. Suite avec lit queen-size et canapé-lit pour les voyageurs supplémentaires. Les animaux bien élevés, accompagnés de maîtres responsables, sont les bienvenus, car nous avons nous-mêmes un Golden Doodle très sociable. La télévision par câble et le Wi-Fi sont disponibles sur place pour rester en contact avec le monde extérieur… si vous le souhaitez. (Remarque : nous venons d'acheter un nouveau matelas !)

Welcoming and quiet, it was a perfect vacation home for us. It was our second visit, and we were so pleased to return to this beautiful corner of St. Margaret’s Bay. Chris, along with his family, are great hosts and we look forward to another visit in the future. Thanks for everything!

Amazing place

This rental was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect, amazing views and very confortable. The spa was great and we could swim for the deck.

Lovely location and accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It met or exceeded our expectations . It was clean and had all the comforts. The view from the deck is wonderful and the hot tub is a bonus.As far as location its close to amenities and prime sightseeing locations.Would definately stay again.

The entrance to the one bedroom suite is at the rear of the home. As soon as you walk to the entrance, you see a canopy with two chairs, looking out on the beautiful cove as the end of Saint Margaret’s Bay. Location in Tantelon is perfect for reaching both Peggy‘s Cove and Hubbard’s Cove (we did not know this when we booked, but it turns out to be a perfect location.) the week gets plenty of sunlight and both the main room and bedroom overlook the water. The hosts, Chris and Stephanie couldn’t be nicer. Happy hour at tuna blue in Hubbard Cove is a treat and Shaws landing was great for lobster dinner. If you happen to be a Freedom Boat Club member there is location less than five minutes from the house. We stayed five nights and were sad to go.

Great location to Peggy cove, Mahoney bay, and Chester all great places to see. Great walking area and just around corner is great bakery. Beautiful views, Good hot tub, lovely dock to watch fish jump or catch a suntan. Lovely hosts

Head of St Margarets bay vacation

The property is beautiful and in an amazing location! Relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the ocean after a long day on the go was perfect. The house is very nicely done and very clean. The property owners were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again on a future trip.

Peaceful gateway

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and peaceful place located right by the ocean. The apartment is very well equipped with wonderful outdoor area, comfortable sitting, fire pit, jacuzzi and hammock. Very nice host and their sweet dog. We highly recommend it.

Chris has a beautiful place just outside of Tantallon! Both the sofa bed and bedroom could use new mattress as well as blinds for the living room windows but other than that our stay was fantastic. The view of the bay was spectacular, it was nice to soak in the hot tub each night.

Beautiful suite on the waterfront

Modern and nicely decorated suite with lovely deck, bbq, hammock and hot tub. Overlooking a dock in a quiet cove. Missed having laundry facilities. Really pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed our week, so peaceful and relaxing. View is amazing and especially liked the covered seating area on the deck, great for sitting out anytime of the day. Unit is very bright, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating, responding very quickly to any questions we had. Hoping to have a return stay!

Great owners and great central location

The owners were great, if we had any issues they were quick to deal with it. Loved their friendly dog. Great location. Kayaks and hot tub was a bonus. Our only concern was owners live right above the rental and it was a bit loud at times.
