Highly recommend staying here. This cottage is in a great location, within minutes of lakes. It is clean, quiet, and has all the amenities. This was the ideal location for a long weekend away from home.

The owners were extremely accommodating and the place was so clean and everything was labeled for ease of use. The hosts even welcomed our group with a tray of treats that the kids absolutely loved. The property was beautiful with the wild flowers and mowed trails through the tall grasses.

This is our sixth time booking this property in two years! We’ve always loved the area and used to visit once a year, but since finding this cottage, we’ve been coming up three times a year. We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cottage in Central Lake! The home was spotless and so thoughtfully prepared—everything was clearly labeled, which made settling in a breeze. The charming fall décor added such a warm, inviting touch for our stay in October. It’s obvious that great care goes into maintaining this property. The property has a nice walking trail with great views. Loved reading about the history of the property too! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Quaint two bedroom, only needed one. Older cottage recently updated but maintaining country charm. Out in the country but close enough to visit destinations from Fishtown to Petoskey and still enjoy relaxing in the evening. The trail behind the cottage was welcome excursion for my dog as well.

Great house!

The property is very nice! The place is peaceful and quiet. The house is very clean and welcoming. Even though we didn't meet the hosts in person (because they didn't want to disturb us in any way), we are convinced they are wonderful people, keeping in mind how clean and nicely decorated the house is! They left us a lot of treats and coffee. We cannot wait to come again!
