please get a new couch. It’s broken down and too low, very uncomfortable to sit and watch tv at night.

Great location

We thought it was great location from everywhere. Center location from most activities. Many of reviews said it was noisy from upstairs guest but we never heard anyone. We loved our stay and we will continue going their year after year. If it is still available

Awesome Sports Village condo close to town and ski resort

This condo is located close to town, restaurants, trails, etc. It is a downstairs condo, so you will occasionally hear people upstairs (didn't bother us). We didn't cook this trip, so I can't comment if the condo had everything you need to cook with. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is a cute little place. It isn’t a prime location and not much scenery to look at outside but it’s well equipped with games and all you need. We enjoyed our stay

Beauitful place

Beautiful place. Two drawbacks: repairman was inside the property upon our arrival. And neighbors upstairs were noisy early in the morning! Everything else was amazing: rooms, appliances, TV, etc!!!

Good space

We enjoyed spreading out with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the great room so the little kids didn’t wake us up. Everything was clean and it was very convenient to my daughters wedding venue “The Gathering Place”. We had a hard time figuring out if the door was locked from the inside and there was no bath soap but otherwise great!

Listing says it's a condo but it's more like apartments. Place is small and a bit cramped. We could hear the neighbors from upstairs quite a bit, footsteps and all. Place also was not fully equipped for us to cook comfortably. Overall area wasn't good

Communication

Little to no communication with property management. For the price we paid we did not expect to have to go and but paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, only having streaming TV channels was a challenge and there weeree no instructions.

Disappointing

The condo inside seemed clean. However the outside was not swept: neither the front nor back patio. The patios chairs were not wiped. Inside there were many broken items: the screen door on the left rear slider was off the track (unusable) and the right patio door's handle was broken. The first morning we tried to use the toaster, but the lever to lower the toast into the toaster was not there. The shower in the 2nd bathroom contantly leaking into the tub. Luckily we only used the master shower nearest the master bedroom. Evolve did help us with the lack of a bath mat inside the tub. We bought a bath mat to use and they communicated this to the owner. Other wise using the tub/shower was too slippery.The owner agreed to reimburse the $20 for the mat we bought and left. I think this could be a decent property if everything worked properly and the outside patio and chairs had been cleaned.

Loved our stay

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our family. Neighbors were friendly. Weather was amazing and we got about 24 trout on big lake. We had some bumpd the very first day. But were dealt with immediately. Great service. We hope to book this rental again in the future!
