Deckview: 2-bedroom top floor condo with hot tub and mountain views

Unwind in this cozy, mountainside two bedroom private vacation rental. Deckview is a top-level condo in the Aspens subdivision at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

The main area is open concept through the kitchen, dining and living space featuring an electric fireplace. The large outdoor deck offers a private hot tub, propane barbecue and endless mountain views. One room in this condo has a queen bed, and the other has the option of a king bed or two XL twin beds. Extra sleeping space in the living room with a pull-out couch. Underground heated garage for one vehicle with storage locker.

The Aspens subdivision is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Its prime location makes trails at the resort easily accessible, whether biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. It is 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Sky Bridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad access.

Since 2003, LUSH Mountain Accommodations has provided clean, comfortable, and private vacation rentals at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden, British Columbia. Hot tubs are always included.

The rooms were all clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the mountain view. Parking was easy to figure out with the instructions provided. Being able to choose between one large bed or two twins in one room was really great and it was set up how we wanted. The blankets, pillows, and mattresses were clean and comfortable

Very clean and spacious for family of 4. Downside there is no AC, There is a lot of stairs which can be a pain for packing and unpacking your stuff however, the view is beautiful

The views from the condo where amazing. The management fixed any issue we have in a timely manner. Downside the underground parking was very tight.

Great family mountain getaway

We had a great time! Check in was easy and the place was very organized and beautiful. All communication with owners was prompt. They went out of the way to set up the 2nd room so we could set up a pack n play easily.

Better than expected

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at a Lush managed property and each time they do an incredible job. This “Deckview” property is better than expected. Wonderful views, spacious and well equipped. We did find the unit a tad chilly at times despite our best efforts.

Great K Ho location

Great spot, lots of space. Nice deck and hottub is a bonus. The stereo system wouldn’t work which was a pain for trying to relax in the evening. The kitchen appliances are older and some could use replacement. Not a huge deal but it was a challenge to get things working (blender). Also, it’s on the third floor of the building with no elevator. People with mobility issues might not want to book here.

My Stay At The Apens Managed by John Lush Group

The property's attention to detail was noticeable. From the towels, to the coffee in the bowl, to the napkins on the table the entire property was really well done. When it snowed the deck was shoved for access to the hot tub. But most importantly I need to mention an intangible of the experience. I was seriously hurt skiing on difficult terrain in a white out requiring air lifting and surgery. It all turned out fine but not without some very stressful days on my wife. When she called Lush and spoke to Tess explaining the situation, John and Tess gave us a refund for the unused days. In the big picture, the charges were an insignificant part. But what was meaningful and important was John and Tess's gesture and compassion in a time of extreme stress and uncertainty. That simple kindness was the full measure of our meaningful experience in the Unit managed by Lush Mountain. Thank you, Ralph
