Property is awesome but very limited of essential provided by the host as we have booked in for 12 adults was expecting accordingly.

Splendor at Caves Beach

Great location and amenities for the family

Good kitchen, lovely pool, fun games for kids (and adults -pool table etc). Limited air con meant the bedrooms got hot. We had a nice stay as the property accommodated all 11 of us well. TVs were a bit tricky with no free to air but we worked it out just in time for the grand finals.

HI Thank you for your review. We have had heat waves the last few weeks and most air-conditioning homes are still getting hot. usually there are lovely ocean breezes at Caves Beach but unfortunately the heat wave has been a scorcher.

Caves beach h was wonderful. My family enjoyed the stay at the house they loved the pool .

Overall my stay was very good . But the flap doors in the main bathroom was not ideal. No privacy and my little girl hurt her hand with that door . Hope you guys will change it . But the location was great the house was clean the pool was amazing my kids loved it ..... I will definitely want to do it again

Modern and well maintained

Love the pool and modern kitchen and facilities, and games provided. we had a great time in the house. Peaceful and conveniently located. Management team was friendly. I wish in the description it had mentioned the down stairs rooms were not connected to upstairs within the house, some of the family members feel a bit isolated. Dryers was not working very well.

Not suitable of young children or elderly.

House had very steep driveway with no stairs or railing.No stairs onto front verandar. Staircase in house no barrier. All rugs had rurned up edges.

Good location, good house, not so good host named Leanne

The house is spacious but still cozy in a good way. The location and Salt water pool are nice. A few let downs such as the pipes in the en-suite flooding into the master bedroom making a mess and horrible smell and when I tried to get in contact multiple times I had no reply. Also council bins were full upon arrival and left on street curb so we had to place our rubbish bags in the incorrect bins so they are not left on the lawn. We really did over look these issues and wanted to enjoy our stay until leanne from lakeshores accommodation kept coming up with extra charges after our leave, she wanted to charge us for bin collection and made unacceptable accusations that we took the dooners home so she wanted to add that as a extra charge too. The holiday rental is good and it can be so much better with a different host.

HI Hana, Thank you for your review. As you are aware we investigated the bins and they were empty on your arrival. You had left excess rubbish in the yard, hence the extra charge that was never actioned. We also investigated our communication trail and as advised you never contacted us numerous times to advise. How we found out about the drain was when I myself had to contact you after hours in regards to noise complaints from the neighbours, you then advised of the drain, we offered to send a plumber out however you declined so we actioned this on your departure.
