Boasting a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and a beautifully sunny living area. The large west facing deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting is perfect for those long summer evenings with friends and family.

A secure rear yard surrounded by native trees, offers a grassy space for the family or pet to run around. A new split system air conditioner and open fireplace are located in the main living area while ceiling fans are provided in 2 bedrooms, giving year round comfort.

With off street parking for 2 cars and all the comforts you need for a fabulous seaside escape, this makes for an ideal family beach house in a great position.

Amazing weekend away

Had a beautiful relaxing stay with the girls, super close to the beach, walking distance to the shops. It was a great stay we had everything we needed, although didnt have access to wifi

Great house in Pt Lonsdale

Great location and open plan kitchen/living/deck was perfect for our group. 2 bedroom wings with bathroom and separate toilets were great too! We’ve decided we’ll be back!!

Great property

This house is in a great position, right opposite the surf beach and next to the surf life saving club. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, the backyard is large and secure for any pets, we loved our stay and would definitely rebook 😀😃

Funtastic

The property had everything we needed and was a great set up with loverly indoor and outdoor spaces. We had older people in the group using walking aids and they found it ok to get around the space too.

Weekend away

Very well stocked and cleanliness ok at first glance, however there was quite a bit of dust and lots of little spiders and webs. Otherwise had an enjoyable time.

Cup weekend

Short on bathroom items, such as toilet rolls and kitchen items, no tea towels, paper towel, paper napkins, glad wrap, foil….basic necessities. No wifi. Beds were very bouncy when moving during sleep.

Good location and comfortable home

We enjoyed the weekend away as a group of extended family. Two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets was a great setup for multiple families. It is very comfortable and plenty of heating and cooling options. The home is well equipped. Cleanliness was average, bathrooms good just under couches, oven, glass doors and soft furnishings a bit dirty. Was disappointed to have to provide sheets, pillowcases and towels or pay extra $$$.

Excellent stay

The house was very suitable for 3 couples, all the bedrooms are lovely and there is a lovely sense of light and space. I would have loved an extra couch, just to fit everyone more comfortably around the open fire, but we did manage. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was amazing. Will return.

Nice and easy

3 families (1 child in each) stayed here comfortably and had a wonderful time. Spacious, clean and everything you need. Easy walking distance from town and the beach.

Family friendly relaxed retreat in superb location

Wonderful family friendly house close to both beaches and town. Great open plan living with large backyard. Highly recommend for a great weekend away.

Fabulous house and location

This house is in a great location (across the road from the surf beach and not far from the shops and front beach.) We chose it because of its location and because it was pet friendly. While there was only two of us, there is plenty of space for 1 or 2 families. I have given it 4 stars for overall rating as I wasn't aware that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, until after we had paid. This is not something that I've come across before and for the price, I thought that these should be provided. Otherwise I can't fault the house and highly recommend it.
