This was our fourth visit to this property. It is always clean and well organised and we love the location. Of course, the fact that it is pet friendly is also great. I thoroughly recommend this property.

The property was spacious, in terms of living area and the bedrooms. The fireplace in the main living room had an out of order sign on it which was disappointing.Wire coat hangers could be upgraded to felt or plastic, and there were not enough. No cleaning equipment in the kitchen, eg brushes, sponges or tea towels, so difficult to wash frypans etc. Also a few extra things in the pantry such as oil (not spray), milk in the frig, would be appreciated.Second bathroom was in the laundry, and had a peculiar smell.Great location and very good artwork in the house. Nice having a coffee machine with pods applied. Communication with the host was timely.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious living areas, great location, artwork, coffee machine, and our communication during your stay. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the coat hangers, kitchen cleaning supplies, pantry items, and the smell in the second bathroom. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, and we’ll pass your feedback on to our team for review. Regarding the fireplace, we understand that this may have been disappointing. However, the fireplace is not in use, as stated in the property listing, and the out-of-order sign is also displayed for safety and clarity. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with a much smoother experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orange. The house is very well located - easy walk to the town, and to lovely parks. The house is quiet - it is a lovely street. I was most impressed with the standard of cleanliness - the house was immaculate and well maintained. The rooms are nice and spacious. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced garden. The bed was very comfortable.Anne at BNB made easy was very good to communicate with. The check in and check out process was simple. One improvement - it would have been helpful to have instructions left for the operation of the dishwasher and washing machine. The linen was good quality but the pillows were quite soft so if you like a firm pillow you might want to take it with you.The kitchen was very well equipped for our four night stay. The crockery was very good quality. We would happily stay at The Oaks again.
