Everything has been very nice. I especially love the height of the bed and toilets! However, the couch, chair and love seat are uncomfortable. They are low as well. The pots cause foods to stick.

My family had a wonderful time as we love the NMB area and the beach. However, this condo was unclean. Every kitchen cupboard was disorganized and dirty. The cupboard on the bottom left of the sink had mildew and old stuff thrown in there. Nasty. All closets had random blankets, rugs, sheets, pillowcase and pillows that needed to be moved so we could unpack. The iron was missing a screw and marred with black on the base plate. (Asked for new one and was told no). All walls, baseboards, doors, cupboards were dusty and chairs and stools were grimy. Middle bedroom carpet smelled like mildew. Three chairs on the balcony for a 4 bedroom condo was inconvenient. Master bath had cold water in the shower-maintenance came and looked but the handle was reversed. Point at the C for hot! All linen for the condo was in a bag for the whole unit so leave yourself time to read each sheet tag to see which one is a king because it isn’t marked. Then distribute all the towels to the bathrooms and make all your beds. Rugs in all bedrooms were old, worn and stained. We were able to access the owners closet with the beach chairs and used 3 beach chairs. My husband emptied out and reorganized the closet-it was a mess. We love NMB. This is the only unkempt condo we have ever rented. The pictures looked fine but this condo needs a deep clean. Elliot had good communication and did offer to send a cleaner in but it would have taken days and interrupted our family. I did my best to clean and wipe down

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, including the kitchen cabinets, closets, furnishings, carpeting, balcony seating, and other maintenance concerns. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with the iron and the confusion regarding the shower handle. We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to address the concerns during your stay, and while we understand your decision not to have a cleaner come in and interrupt your family's vacation, we're sorry we were unable to resolve everything to your satisfaction at that time. Great vacation

Property has been recently updated. Still appears to be a little left to wrap up but overall nice, clean, fresh and beautiful unit.
