Crescent Keyes 902 est un superbe condo de 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain situé en bord de mer situé dans la section Crescent Beach de North Myrtle Beach. Ce condo a un lit king dans la chambre des maîtres avec accès au balcon. Chacune des trois autres chambres a un lit queen. Cette unité de coin peut accueillir 8 personnes. Le balcon du salon offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Il y a un salon spacieux, salle à manger, cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse, WIFI et 5 téléviseurs. Les 3 salles de bains ont une combinaison de baignoire et douche. Ce condo est une location non-fumeur.

Le Crescent Keyes est un bâtiment de 14 étages comprenant un parking couvert, des ascenseurs, une piscine intérieure, 2 rivières artificielles, 2 bains à remous, une salle de remise en forme donnant sur l'océan et les piscines et une piscine en front de mer de 60 mètres. Il y a 2 piscines pour enfants; une au rez-de-chaussée et une autre au 6��me étage sur cour. La cour située au 6ème étage comprend également une terrasse bien exposée, un bain à remous et une rivière lente.

The unit was OK, the plumming needed fixing and it needed a little better cleaning. The unit fit our family ok, furniture could be updated especially the beds. Seaside properties was awesome! they were quick to respond and took care of all our concerns. I would rent from them again.

This place is ok, but needs updating some. The mattress in the master bedroom is 10 years old, slopes downward like a ski slope, is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, cheap, and tore my back up. I came to the beach to relax from my very physical job (landscaping) but came home with my back in way worse shape from the mattress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

I loved being able to see the ocean. My grandkids loved being able to go to the beach or the pool. They loved the lazy river. It was also quiet at night. My son was glad it was close to Mr G’s. Nice vacation!!!

Great spot on the beach

Fantastic condo on the beach! This was perfect for our two families. The unit itself was perfect, very comfortable with a dynamite balcony that had an amazing view of the beach. You could watch the sunrise from there! Easy access to beach and the kids loved the pool. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils for family cooking, the appliances all worked, the beds were comfortable, the exercise room was well equipped. We felt safe and secure inside and out.

Nice beachfront condo

The condo was exactly as advertised. Size, location, and amenities were great for our family of 5. Pools that were open were great (closed were: 2 hot tubs, 2 small pools, 1 lazy river). We were all pleased. Small tweaks needed: No potholders in the kitchen and more dish towels needed.

Great Family Vacation!

Crescent Keyes is now one of our favorite places to stay in North Myrtle Beach! The location is perfect, and it was great for our family. Our son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach, so now this is a fantastic memory! We stayed in Unit 902, which was the perfect size for our family. There were a few little things, like the kitchen needs pot holders and more than one kitchen towel! But there were ample plates, glasses, cups and kitchen pots, pans and utensils -- the BEST of any place we've ever stayed at! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

Awesome location, right on the beach! We relaxed every night in one of the 4 hot tubs. The kiddos loved the lazy river. Views from the corner balcony were great! The “city” views AND beach views. Couldn’t find any scissors in the property and not as clean as prior condos we’ve stayed in upon arriving. We were allowed early check in as there was no one in the unit the night before so it was nice to be able to enjoy the unit as much as possible. Over all, a very nice place to stay and would definitely book again.

Nice Condo

The condo as nice and very clean, plenty of space. The only thing which was minor, there was very little toilet tissue, one had none. We had a problem with a bathroom light and tried to call maintenance with no suggest. Overall it was good and I would definetly stay there again.

Well maintained unit

Visited during the thanksgiving holiday so it was fairly quiet. The renters above us were quite loud but that is beyond our renters control. The unit was in very good condition. Nice to see updated amenities for a change and not the usual late 90s tvs and appliances. Felt more like home than a time warp. Nice sized rooms and plenty of space to hangout. Check in/out was very easy thanks to clear communication with the agency.

Older condo needing updates

The condo was in a great location with easy beach and amenity access. But it was old and desperately needs to be updated. The carpet and rugs had stains. The toilet seat was peeling. It was dusty on the fan, under the bed, in the closets. One of the bedroom tvs did not work. The decor was very outdated.

Great Property...Mattresses Need to be Replaced

The property is in a great location on the 9th floor...moments from the beach on foot. This is a great location in Myrtle Beach...easy access to many things to do. The pool and lazy river are great. My only complaint is that the mattresses are in REALLY bad shape. In addition to being lumpy and slanting towards the floor, they CREEK very loudly when you move in them. This was the situation in each of the 4 bedrooms. We loved the property and I would have given it 5 starts vs 3 if the mattresses were in better shape.

Great location

We had a good experience, but had to get over the fact that 3 of the 4 hot tubs were not working, as well as the 6th floor lazy river. With kids you get excited about the amenities, so that was a let down. The pools were cold. The kiddie pool was the coldest of all so we never used it, although we had planned on it. I’m not trying to be all negative because the view is fantastic, the size of the unit was great, the kitchen was well stocked (although we missed having oven mitts!). The toilet in the master bedroom was finicky, and the laundry closet door wouldn’t stay on. However, the living room seating was plentiful for a large family, and we were quite happy with our stay. Thanks!

Ian didn't ruin our trip

The views from this unit were spectacular. Even when it wasn't perfect beach weather, it was always perfect beach gazing from the 9th floor corner balcony. The management staff were very friendly and considerate. The unit was ready for us a few hours early, so that was a plus. It was clean and very well equipped with what we needed. We did report to the management group that everytime the exhaust was turned on in any of the 3 bathrooms, it kicked the GFI off. Also, the dishwasher wasn't the best. Sometimes we would need to run it twice to get clean dishes. These were not a major issues for us and as the staff & maintenance group were busy with Ian aftermath, we waited until check out to report it. We will say that the 3 guest rooms are listed as queen beds, but they seemed really small to be queen sized. They are probably more like full sized.

Not what I expected for the money

Upon arrival we found dirty socks in the king room and a pile of change in the floor in the middle Queen room and really wonder if sheets on the bed were clean as they had hair in the at the foot of the bed. The window sills had sand in them as did the shower in the Queen room off the kitchen. The shower door was off track and the handle on the toilet had to be held for toilet to flush. The dryer vent is not hooked up as we found out the night before leaving as the unit got hot and the lint was flying everywhere. This unit sleeps 8 but only has seating for six at the dinning table( pretty wobbably), six in living room and only 4 for the patio. How does that even make sense??? The dishwasher smelled like rotten fish when we used it the first time and the dishes didn't get clean. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before use. The coffee cups had coffee dippings down the sides of them. Kitchen is dirty and unorganized. tub stopper in the master doesn't work. The carpet is very dirty.I rented this unit for my mother's 80th Birthday and to say the least I was very disappointed. I did let the rental office know about the socks and sand upon arrival but did not talk to them about the rest as I didn't want cleaning crew and maintenance crew in the way. These are things that should be checked and addressed prior to guest check in. I was happy I got the keys early but would have gladly waited to get a clean unit.
