We had a wonderful stay! There were many choices and this one won based on the location and that stunning view and balcony. It did not disappoint! This is one of the most beautiful beaches along the strand and the extra large balcony with ample seating made the whole trip worthwhile. Mornings were very cold, but the balcony was warm and sunny with no wind or coat required to soak it all in. Beds were comfortable and condo well equipped to meet all our needs. Proximity to Barefoot Landing was ideal and rental office conveniently located on a quiet street near the rental. Easy access. We will be back!

When we arrived an hour and a half after the check-in window opened, we were told that the property hadn't been cleaned yet. So we went to dinner, and after that it was ready. Nobody notified us that it was ready - but we let ourselves in to check, and it looked like the cleaners had been there. But there were a bunch of bird droppings on the balcony and the front doormat. The table on the balcony had not been wiped down - it was disgusting. There was a vacuum cleaner left in the corner of the balcony under the light fixture. It was covered in bird poop. I covered it in a blanket for the week so that we wouldn't have to look at it. The light fixture is the perfect size for birds to perch on, so perhaps that light fixture needs to be changed to something smaller or removed. The carpets inside had not been vacuumed very well, either. The front bathroom shower was clogged, and the bath mats were old and ragged. As far as the layout and amenities, it was fine. But having to step over the bird poop every time we came and left was no fun. Of course, the view was amazing. But we would not stay here again due to these issues.

We’re glad you enjoyed the condo’s layout, amenities, and amazing view, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered upon arrival. We understand how frustrating it was to arrive after check-in time and find that the property was still being cleaned, only to then discover bird droppings on the balcony and entryway, a dirty balcony table, and a vacuum covered in bird droppings. We’re also sorry that the carpets were not properly vacuumed, the front bathroom shower was clogged, and the bath mats were worn. Your suggestion regarding the balcony light fixture and bird activity is appreciated, and we’ll share these concerns with the appropriate housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. We regret that these issues negatively impacted your vacation and ultimately left you feeling that you would not return.
