Property is as listed. 4 stars because we have 2 complaint's, 1-the pots & pans are well used and cooking utensils are plastic which melt when using them either on the pans or on your food. 2- the hot water went out the last which was a huge frustration after being on the beach all day.

It was all great . Could have been a little cleaner it was a bit dusty and floors as well. Check in for us was about 3 minutes away from actual location and parking deck is across the street not on the same property. Great location overall pools were clean . Amazing beach view from the master room. Over all loved it .

Perfect Myrtle Beach Stay
Highly recommend. Very clean including fridge, stove and microwave, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for 8 people. Everything needed for home cooking. Loved having washer and dryer. The view CANNOT be beat!

Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay overall at Carolinian Beach Resort. I do think the condo could've been a little cleaner. The balcony doors definitely were not wiped down before we checked in and there was sand in the beds. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and liked the open living area. A great place to wind down after a long day in the sun and play board games. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not open but understand that that has nothing to do with the booking. The sunrises from the balcony were breaktaking and overall we had a good stay.

Generally fine, some issues though
Bit of a mixed bag of good and bad. Checking in was fine. Most furniture and appliances were good except for two of the three coffee makers (why three?) we’re dirty, one still had a filter/used coffee which was covered in mold. Kitchen utensils were limited and quite low end. A sauté pan was heavily damaged from metal tools and unusable. The beds were comfortable, lighting and TVs worked, wifi was reliable and fast. We were given a code to unlock the front door which stopped working and then a second code. The phone calls we had to make to receive the second code did not go well. We stayed on hold for well over half an hour which was pretty terrible since we had our elder mother with us who needed easy access to a restroom and did not have it while the door wouldn’t open. The pools and beach were wonderful. The only issue on the beach is Myrtle’s rule against any tents setup on the beach which would have been better knowing ahead of time.
