Great Place on the Beach

Had a great time staying in this condo. Was walking distance to restaurants/bars and a lot of things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Get away with friends and kids

Had a wonderful time. Great location, a little confusing checking in but that staff was very friendly helping out. Recommend this place to all for an enjoyable perfectly located place.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our stay at Roxanne‘s towers was excellent. The service provided was awesome. The room was clean. Everything was exactly as stated online. Checking in was easy as well as checking out was easy. I recommend this for a quick getaway for your family and friends.

Very nice unit. Great location. Loved being right by the water. The hallways and reception area were a little run down and not super clean, so didn’t give a great first impression. But was really great over all

Nice condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Balcony overlooks the beach for a great view. The condo was clean and plenty of room for a small group. We came during a motorcycle event (coincidentally) and the complex is on the strip, so it was loud into the night, and the noise was motorcycle noise (engines and music) was noiticable from the front bedroom (2 beds). Otherwise, everything was great.

Family Vacay

The location was clean, the rental company was easy to get a hold of. There was a sign on the fridge that mentioned we can leave our trash outside our door and that the condo would pick it up every day. This was not the case and we had to take it to the bin down the hall, which is not a big deal, just didn’t know To do so until after asking the front desk about our trash not being picked up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The location is unbeatable. Easy access to the beach.

The condo could use some deep cleaning (There was a ton of dust under the beds, and the entryway closet was filled with random things). The pillows were old and ratty, the bath towels were literally falling apart. It could be better equipped with supplies such as hand soap, quality toilet paper and kitchen paper towels.There were no actual kitchen towels in the property. The kitchen was however equipped well with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven.The ready access to the beach was the biggest plus.

Thank you for the feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience of the hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen paper towels, unfortunately we do not supply any of those in our units. We give out a starter pack to get you started until you are able to provide your own. We only supply bath towels and wash cloths. We will let the management staff know about your concerns for not having these items. We hope you will come back to see us again in the future.

The unit was very clean and in a great location. Getting in and out was quite easy. The bathrooms were excellent. The check-in process needs to improve. When we arrived at the check-in location, they told us we would receive a text When the room was finally clean. We ended up going up to the unit at 4:15 PM and it was cleaned and ready. Everything was good except check in. When I got there there was no Communication that I have to go to different address to get my key to get in. That’s the only issue I wish they contacted me earlier and said hey this is the place you need to go to get your key and then you go to the place where you gonna stay. Otherwise, everything was good Myrtle Beach!

Relaxing

Our stay started with cleaning. The condo was great. Good location but it was the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in. We spent our first hour cleaning. When we came in the floors were wet so they did mop the floors but the dust would take you away. The rugs were dirty so we took them up and did not use them. The dish washer was so nasty we didn’t even it. They had nasty foam pads on the king bed. When we took them off there was a good mattress under them. What a sham you would make your guest sleep on that when there was good mattress on the bed. SAD WE OVER PAID FOR THIS CONDO AND EXPECTED BETTER!

Could Have Been Better

While the unit is clearly updated, we immediately had a problem with the dishwasher. Upon arrival, we realized that the dishwasher had standing water in it. This caused an awful stench to permeate throughout the unit. We communicated with management immediately and they were quick to respond. However, there was no action taken for the duration of our trip. We were told a repair appointment had been made, but no one ever showed up. We spent our entire stay trying to dodge a rancid smell and unable to use or open the appliance. It was a disappointing stay. The area in general is also not somewhere where I would ever take my family again. Not safe, full of homeless and drug users, and smelled of weed all day along the boardwalk.
