Great stay

Unit is as it was in the pictures. Bathroom alittle small. But it worked. Has shower w/ bathtub. The rental company is very accommodating.

One night stay

While my room was clean the facility needs some TLC Understanding that its a beach motel. Also the smoking areas suck and many people don’t care about smoking on their balcony especially pot Smelled that the entire time i was on my balcony. Front desk attendants were not helpful and didn’t seem to care that they didn’t know how to help

Nice small beachfront - recommend a few improvements

Small condo directly on the beach good for 1 or 2 people. Unobstructed view of the ocean and beach all the way to the pier. Had to drive a few miles to pickup entry instructions, instead of emailing key code. Left instructions in envelope in lock box, but had to drive back in the morning to pick up pool bands. Linen service was not included. One pool was too dirty to use and was closed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful communications from the property managers. Close to grocery. About a 1 mile walk to the amusement park.

Beautiful ocean view

The unit was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful! However, the Palace pools were cloudy and the food in the restaurant wasn't as good as I hoped.

Not what I’m expected.

The worst vacation stay ever. The outdoor pool had lots of trash floating on top. It was so nasty they drained the pool. The hot tubs were green looking with no chlorine. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing overall no customer service hotel staff was very rude and refused to give us towels/blanket. Not enough towels There was only a couple towels for a whole week stay. Did not have a blanket for the sofa bed. No extra trash bags..Garbage disposal backed up through the Sink and did not work at all. Was not happy at all.
