We’re sorry that the guest was dissatisfied with their stay. We take cleanliness and pest concerns very seriously. When the guest reported the issue, we responded and attempted to arrange for the cleaning team to return, and we also provided a new bedspread. Following the stay, the property was professionally inspected and treated, and no roaches were found during the professional inspection. The reported pest concern was therefore addressed promptly and professionally. We regret that the guest chose to leave before we had the opportunity to fully address their concerns. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property for every guest.

We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties.

I am very sorry to receive this negative review. I received a message from this guest in the late evening and told me AC didn’t work. I apologized for the inconvenience and arranged them in my another property in the same neighborhood. In the second morning she told me that her mom didn’t know how to watch TV with Roku. I told her I would send my handyman there to show her how to watch TV. When my handyman got there, she refused her to get in and decided to move out. This guest is very rude, offensive and impatient in the communication. She kept to ask money back. I refused her request because I offered her to stay in my another property. This is the reason why she left this negative review. The AC was fixed in the second day. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.
