The property was an excellent get-away
We were totally satisfied with all aspects of the property and property management except for upon our arrival we were left a property that had had no cleaning done, this meant that there were only dirty towels and sheets, dirty dishes and floors etc. Unfortunately it was the owners of the property who had stayed just prior to us arriving and had left it in this state, so we rolled up our sleeves and got in and washed all the sheets and towels and cleaned the place up which was rewarded by the property manager who discounted us 1 x nights accomodation and could not have been more professional or apologetic for our troubles.
