Adequate

This is an older property. The condo we stayed in had a “cabin in the woods” feel. Overall seemed clean and served its purpose, which was to have a place to sleep while in Middlepark. Think its time to clean out the older seasonings and cooking oils left in the cabinets by previous guests.

Not as expected

The property is run down. Some of the units are lived in year round and others rented out. The pool was way too warm for summer. I would not recommend staying here. There are nicer units across the street in Granby Ranch.

The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Jessica, thank you for staying with us! We're sorry to hear that we couldn't deliver a five-star experience for you. - We always encourage all guests to reach out to 'Guest Contact' when they are met with any issues so that we can try to resolve them immediately. - The Inn at Silvercreek was built in 1985 and last renovated in 2005. We feel that the building offers a rustic charm, and we do our best to keep our unit in good condition. - We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy the pool during your stay. It had recently undergone maintenance, so perhaps there was a temperature issue that needed to be worked on from the recent repair. Nonetheless, we do understand your frustration regarding this, especially during vacation. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!"

Cozy condo

This was a great location and the perfect size for 2 of us. While the complex is a bit outdated, the owners have done a fantastic job keeping the individual unit up to date and well-stocked with essentials. We had everything we needed to cook meals (aside from bringing our own groceries), entertain ourselves (the shelf filled with games, movies, and books was perfect!), and sleep well. We loved having the bedroom located in the loft as it really opened up the space and provided more room. We ran into one issue while we were there but contacted guest services and they addressed it immediately without any questions. I highly recommend this space as a great retreat to the mountains and cozy place to stay.

Nice unit!

The unit is nice and clean. On the 3rd floor with an elevator. It's a pretty far walk to the amenities but we had them all to ourselves. The property inside was really goid but outside right now it's gross. All of the dog poop from the winter is still there. I couldn't find anywhere outside to put my daughter on the grass. Dog s#*t as far as you could see. The unit doesn't have much seating and the couch isn't comfortable. Not a bad spot at all!

Great Granby Stay and Great Loft stay!

So happy with the actual condo! Clean and no carpeting (except loft sleeping area) Loved the loft area as it made the whole place seem even larger and of course separated the sleep (in:)) the next morning. Owners were receptive to our inquires!!! We actually very much appreciated the resort Silver Creek Inn for what it is. It is very large and well worth walking around.Yes, it is very well worn, though it also well worth the money in its location and value. Stay here for value. Stay here for the loft! Stay here for the no carpet and cleanliness. Stay here for location. Loved the area, very different from the ski towns of Breck and etc. Eat at Fitch Meat Market- all the restaurants "brag" about serving Fitch Meat - so go to the source: Fitch Market and Cafe. Bring a cooler to bring their ranch meat home! Very nice stay ! thanks !

Outdated building, cozy townhouse

The townhouse is solid. Wouldn’t recommend for a large family, we arrived with two adults and three kids and it was just right. It is advertised as one bedroom but the pullout couch provides more space which is nice. The townhouse was clean and had everything you need for a good stay. The amenities at the location (ie pool, arcade room etc) are very outdated, though still clean. The location is close to Winter Park which was great. Convenient grocery store across the street for snacks etc. The horses in the field were an added bonus. Lovely to see each morning.
