We enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown Grand Lake, hiking, the entrance to RMNP and an easy drive to Granby, Fraser and Winter Park. The whole area is so beautiful! Hope to return again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Located close to RMNP and several trail heads. Restaurants were close by and a corner grocery store was walkable. The only complaint we had was the beds made noise every time you moved-a bit annoying. The living areas were comfortable and laid out very nicely.

Very nice stay, but wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Twin bed mattresses were very plastic feeling, and queen bed you can’t move without the mattress making noise and waking up your partner.

Quiet and relaxing

The unit is on the ground floor so no stairs to get into the unit. It’s a short distance from the center of town, away from the congestion and noise. Walking distance to a grocery store, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location

Every thing in town is within walking distance. RMNP is a five minute drive. Very clean, very quiet. We will be back. Thanks for sharing.

Great value for a relaxing and fun vacation

The accommodations were exactly as described. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was great as we didn’t have to pack as much. This is a beautiful area with friendly locals and lots of outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

Just What We Needed

Myself and a couple buddies had a trip planned in the Grand Lake area and needed a warm roof over our heads. This property worked perfectly for us. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. If we repeat this trip again next year, I will definitely look to see if this property is available again.

A Wedding to Remember

We visited Grand Lake for our Daughter’s wedding and were an excited to stay in this Cozy Retreat. It had everything we needed to prepare and get ready but also to relax and unwind. Blocks away from the charming downtown area provided plenty of options for food and entertainment. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location

We came to visit RMNP and Grand Lake. We were 5 minutes from the entrance to the park and we visited it 4 of the 6 days we were there. We shopped in Grand Lake and ate at the Sage brush restaurant 3 times. We also hiked to Adams Falls. Our condo was comfortable and had pots and pans to use for cooking. Most homes in Grand Lake don’t have AC, but we never needed it. We mostly used the heat. Temperatures in GL are on the cooler side. Upper 40’s to low 50’s at night and upper 60’s to low 70’s during the day. We enjoyed our stay in the condo and would consider staying there again.

This cozy retreat is away from the busy heart of town. Which worked for us.

We were in and out of the condo as we were just down the street of the Towns community center. We had a family reunion there. the kitchen has minimal cookware so if you need baking dishes or other items you may want to bring them with you.

Weekend getaway

Very clean- close to town. Queen bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. I didn’t have any needs, but the host was quickly responsive when I texted. The listing says cable TV - which is a little misleading - there really isn’t any ‘live TV’ (I hoped to watch a football game or the Olympics)
