The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Beautiful location, photos of the large windows facing the ski runs true to life. Some minor issues occurred due to cold weather but the management team was very responsive. The nice unit on the end of a cul-de-sac added to the space. Would recommend this rental

It was a great stay! Checking in was easy and seamless. We had an issue with the hot tub late at night and getting a hold of winter park escapes was so easy. And they got someone over fast to fix the issue. The entire stay was easy and stress free. The downstairs living area was great for children. We stayed down there the most. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and scenic retreat!

Our family of 7 adult's had a fabulous time in this beautiful condo. Seeing the Winter Park runs from the living and dining rooms was especially spectacular! We loved being so close to the ski hills, as well as restaurants in Winter Park. We all slept well in the beds and the 3 1/2 bathrooms worked well for us. The hot tub was also a big plus. Very nice overall!

A group of 7 friends stayed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We could have definitely used more towels. The kitchen supplies made up for lacking toiletries. The location is great...you could walk to Winter Park. It's also a short drive to everywhere else.

Stunning home!

Wow, this luxurious home exceeded our expectations! When we walked in the first thing we were amazed by is the view from the living room. It is very spacious for a large family. The rooms were a perfect size and each room has a king bed. The living room downstairs was perfect to hang out and play games. It is also located close to the main street making it easy to get to places fairly quick. Lastly, we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. Thank you to the owners for this beautiful home. By far the best stay we have had in Colorado. Highly recommended!

Winter park stay

Townhome is 3 story, very fun, beautiful view of mountain, large bedrooms, heated floors. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Worked very well. Negative, TV remotes are poor, NO basic cable, so no ESPN, TNT. we missed all of the new years eve bowl games. This property is too expensive to not have a good TV system. TV's missing in all bedrooms. Electrical breaker on Hot tub would not allow full jet power, needs replaced. We would stay again.

Great Location; very basic home

The location was great with convenient access to the shuttle to the lifts. Being on the end of the unit was nice. The house is outfitted very, very basic (i.e. Shampoo and Conditioners dispensers were empty, no laundry soap, very low level appliances, builders grade finish out, very small kitchen with no pantry for food storage). The Xplore package was nice add on with our group having a few non-skiers they used items every day and we received one ski package for free. They allowed for an early check-in which was nice to drop our luggage before we went for our ski rentals.

PERFECT

This set up is ideal for two families. Parents upstairs, kids in the basement bedrooms with large Rec room. Kitchen was better equipped than any other rental we’ve stayed in which is wonderful when you like to cook. We had a minor issue with the clothes dryer but the management company was readily available to step in. At first we were turned off by the very extensive rental agreement, too many do’s and don’ts. However, if you are considerate renters, you naturally would follow these rules anyway. Will definitely rent here again.

Things to know before renting...

We rented this place due to the size needed for our family. It is a nice home with amazing views in a great neighborhood. There are things I'd wish I'd known, that I want to share for future renters: 1) Keep no AC in mind - the third floor room averaged 85 degrees. There are windows throughout the home, BUT the 3rd floor room window faces the driveway and does not get wind at all. We called turnkey hoping for additional air sources (fans) the night we arrived. We never heard back. I began receiving texts reminding me there is no AC, something having nothing to do with my request as I wasn't complaining about the AC. On our 3rd morning there someone dropped off a couple fans. Never received a call to actually speak with someone managing the property. We had already purchased fans from the local grocery store. They do have fans available for use in most rooms, but this summer they should double up and triple up for the top room. 2) Windows - we couldn't use 2 of the downstairs windows. One was completely missing a screen (mosquitoes were coming in) and the other was broken. We reported this when we arrived - no resolution, no call back. Again, the windows are important to be able to have open this summer there. It's warmer than they are used to - I know this from hearing it several times talked about at the businesses downtown. 3) Balcony Furniture - the listing advertises a table with seating on the balcony. There are/were no chairs for the table on the balcony. Just in case you are looking forward to a meal out there like we were. 4) Dryer - be prepared (time-wise) to run the drying 2 times per load to get the clothes dried. This was not a setting issue. 5) Air Mattress - the mattress deflates about 55% half way through the night. Again, with our size group, we depended on this as a bed option, but I would say it isn't. You end up swallowed (child) and/or feeling the structure bars (adult or child). Those 5 things are what I wished I'd known before renting and hope it's helpful, so you feel fully informed. The last noteworthy thing is the coffee table legs were falling off, we didn't know, so when I moved it, it gave and fell on my foot. I bet it will be fixed or replaced by the time you rent. I cannot say we would stay again, but I can say that if you rent informed, I believe you would feel 10 times better than we did going in not knowing the quirks. The view is breathtaking. The location is super convenient.

I had a great experience with Winter Park resort. The website has clear information and many pictures to help me choose what fits my requirement the most. In addition, Daniel answered my questions quick and efficient. He also helped me make the best arrangement of my stay. Our entire travel team is happy and would like to stay in your property again. The house is clean, warm and equipped with necessities. We also enjoy the hot tub. It helped us to relax after a long day ski. It will become a must in our future trip. :-) We like the washer and dryer in the unit. Automatic door is also nice. Ground heater kept the house warm. We like it. We could not find the garage door opener, which could be useful. In a summary, your property and customer service fully met my expectation and I won't hesitate to choose you again for our next trip. Winter Park Ski

Great place to stay. Very well equipped kitchen and nice space. Very clean. It is located close to ski area. It is not ski in/ski out, but I would recommend walking to ski lifts on Saturday’s and Sunday’s as the parking situation at Winter Park is not optimal. The walk is no more than 15-20 min. Would highly recommend this property and I would stay there again.

Steve, we are thrilled you enjoyed! We agree it is not ski in ski out and have it advertised appropriately. You are correct the resort does get busy on the weekends and the parking lots can fill in quickly. I also recomend getting an early start which also always makes for better skiing, and if you park 30 minutes prior to the resort opening there are typically still spots in the free parking options. The resort also offers paid parking right in the village which typically doesn't fill as fast. As mentioned the walk also isn't terrible. We hope you can make it back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The views of the mountains were amazing!!! - Waking up everyday to the beautiful view was so worth it. The location in regards to the base of the mountain was great too. The free shuttle to and from the mountain back to our house..was a nice perk as well. It made it enjoyable for all our guests to come and go as they wanted. The keyless entry was super nice and easy to use! Lastly, the hot tub /views from the hot tub were beautiful ! We will be back forsure!!!

Great Place for a Family!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for a long weekend with the family, married children and grandkids. The adults took the bedrooms and the kids had the basement living area as their room. It came equipped with colors, markers, color books, books, and games. The house came with everything that we needed to have great trip. Perfect size. Everyone had their own space, but the living area was enough to hold the entire group.The management company was very professional and great to work with.NOTE: Don't bring extra blankets. We always do, but the house comes with more blankets than you will need.

Great for a cozy ski weekend!

We had three couples, one child and a single stay here, and we were very impressed with the rooms and amount of space! Two parking spots was huge for us, and the living areas were very cozy! The hot tub worked very well, too. There’s a bus line that drops off very close to the condo if you don’t want to park elsewhere for skiing. Wonderful that three of the rooms have king beds!

Great spot for a family

Great family vacation house

We rented this house for Super Bowl weekend. The house has a good set up for families with kids. 2 TV rooms was nice as the kids could be downstairs and the adults up stairs. Parking is a little tight with 3 cars but not terrible. Great access to the mountain as it is right across the street from the free parking lots.

Perfect cabin for our group ski trip!

The property was exactly as it was listed. It was perfect for our family get away. Please thank the owner for sharing their lovely place with us. My vision for a perfect family ski trip came true. God is good.
