Totally Renovated Mountain Condo- TWO Decks with Gorgeous Views!

The owners have been hard at work making this spacious condo cozy and inviting, and Sugar Mountain Lodging Inc welcomes you! This condo has all new furniture throughout; with a wonderful rustic flavor that you will enjoy. Smart lock prevents you from having to stop at office. No pets, please.
Add in the great views from the both floors and you have found the perfect getaway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including full size crockpot, 4
slice toaster, coffee pot, blender, and full size mixer in case you feel like whipping up a
birthday cake! Next to the kitchen is a wet bar that has its own mini fridge. Great for
beer, wine, and an extra pitcher of lemonade. Upstairs you will find a second mini fridge.
You won't need to walk down the stairs to quench your thirst; just kick back and relax.
The living room has a leather couch and reclining leather love seat. The love seat is an
action recliner; just push the button on either side and you are reclining. The love seat
also has USB port on each side; so you can charge your phones, etc.. while you are
reading. The 55” smart tv and gas fireplace will keep you cozy and entertained.
The dining room has a custom built harvest table that seats six, with 4 comfy chairs and
a bench. The dining room leads onto the first deck that is equipped with a table with
seating for four, as well as 2 pub chairs for easy viewing.
The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen size bed, 40” tv, full size closet
and an adjacent full bath with shower/tub. This condo also includes a washer and dryer
on the first floor across from the wine bar.
On the second floor, enjoy the spacious master bedroom with a king size sleigh bed, full
closet, personal vanity, and 40” smart TV.
A beautiful master bath includes not one, but two double sink vanities, plus a bathtub
with a sloping back to relax in. This bathroom also features a two person shower room.
Both showers come with a rain shower head and a second shower head that can be
hand held as well.
The loft has a queen sleeper sofa with a 5 inch memory foam mattress for a comfortable
night’s sleep. The loft also has a second balcony with spectacular views. The balcony
is equipped with four pub chairs, so you can have a great view over the deck railing
while enjoying a relaxing drink!.  
There are two portable air conditioners in the condo. One is on the first floor in
the living room area and the second one upstairs.
Known as a winter destination for skiers and snowboarders, nearby Sugar Mountain
Resort also has wonderful year round activities including golf, tennis and miles of trails
for hiking and mountain biking.
Of course, the views are why the owners chose this condo. At 4500 elevation, enjoy the
feeling of mountain top living with easy access from Sugar Mountain Dr. Access to
skiing is easy with a shuttle that takes you from the entrance to the Crest to the ski lifts
at the Sugar Mountain Resort during weekends and holidays.
In the cool summertime, you’ll want to sit on the balcony
and watch the hummingbirds play as they come close enough to check you out! Enjoy
this year round getaway at The Crest! NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
