Charmant condo de trois chambres situé à Sugar Mountain, près de toutes les commodités que Sugar a à offrir. Ce condo vous fera sentir comme chez vous. Dans le salon, vous pourrez profiter de la grande télévision à écran plat et du foyer à gaz pour les nuits fraîches d’hiver. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Dans la chambre principale il y a un lit queen size. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et dans la troisième chambre il y a deux lits jumeaux. Great Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient to Sugar Ski Resort. Roundhouse was clean and spacious for me, two teenagers and 11 year old. Only disappointment was the fireplace would not start but the property manager was very responsive and attempted to get the problem resolved. We would stay again in the future.

Loved the place. Super close to the ski and tubing areas.

We loved the place. Each room had it own thermostats which was my favorite. The teenagers loved the double bunk beds. Parking was close to each unit. It was in close driving distance to the ski slopes and tubing area. Not real close to walk those hills though. All the tvs worked with Netflix and plenty of stuff to cook with. We would stay again.

Beautiful comfortable home

Everything was wonderful and we had no issues it was just a little smelly.. It was tolerable, but it just could be better. The fall colors were amazing, the size of the unit was perfect for my family and the kids loved the bunk beds so much. Thanks!

The Round House Bungalow

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental all around. Only issue that arose was the ad mentioned there were two parking places for the location, and we only had one pass. Just ended up being a bit of an inconvenience and the description probably needs to be updated!

Felt like a vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two nights over the Washington's Birthday weekends were very nice, felt like my own home. Better than a motel, but the beds were little stiff and the bed tubs had no shampoo. But it was okay, because we brought our own. ^_^

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fun with son, wife and grandson. Grandsons first skiing venture (age 5) enrolled in Sugar Bear full day ski school for 2 days. Great instructors and mountain terrain for his experience. We adults skied both days, not many people for we skied on a Monday and Tuesday. Also did the tubing hill. Downtown was also good and not crowded. The Timbers rental was very good and close to all the mountain offered. Would recommend and use again.

So far so good

Easy and smooth check in. Small issue with door code was immediately solved. Looks like it was closed for a while once there was a smell that disappears after couple of hours. The living room was not as the pictures. Pictures shows a nice couch and there was 2 different ones, quite old. Kitchen is well equipped, everything works. Towels are old and should be replaced to more comfortable ones. The location is very good. I also wish they could leave more consumables such as paper towels and sanitary papers of better quality. Buy water - there is no filter of water in the refrigerator door. I gave 4 stars because I was expecting more for the price we paid.

I am sorry that you were not happy with the unit. Our towels are purchased from a company that supplies hotel chains. If you had contacted us while you were here, we would have gladly taken you more towels. All of our rental agreements state that we supply enough consumables such as paper towels, dishwasher pods, and toilet tissue to get you started for a couple days. The owner of the units chose their own appliances, and this owner did not purchase a refrigerator with a filter. Our houses are inspected on the day of arrival. We did not notice an odor when we inspected. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We are not aware that the furniture has been changed. Owners should report all changes to our property management team so we can keep our pictures and descriptions up to date. We will have someone inspect the unit to verify that the pictures match the unit. These condos are very close to the slopes and many people will choose to walk to the lodge. These condos are not new but the location is amazing!!!! We hope you visit again, and please let us know if there is anything you need while you are here.

Great location!

The location is great if you are skiing on sugar mountain. All the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We did have a few issues while we were there. Most of our issues were resolved, but not all. - wifi was incorrect so we had to wait until the next day to resolve. - neither TV worked initially. They got the main TV working but the master TV was missing a chord, so it was not fixed while we were there. - very icy going down to the unit but was resolved by mgmt company putting some brine mix down. - pilot light needs to be replaced in fireplace because the fire kept going on and off. I mentioned these issues when I checked out, but the lady at the counter didn't seem too concerned because she wrote nothing down. Hopefully these are all resolved before the next people check in. It is a great location and if everything was resolved, we would stay here again!
