Maison familiale dans un quartier calme proche de tout ce que San Diego a à offrir! À 15 minutes de La Jolla Shores, à 20 minutes de Pacific Beach, Balboa Park, du centre-ville, de Petco Park et de l'aéroport.

Profitez des parcs, des restaurants, des épiceries, des cafés et plus encore, tous à environ 1,5 km (nous nous rendions souvent à pied avec eux avec nos enfants lorsque nous vivions ici).

La maison a une chambre principale avec lit queen et salle de bain attenante avec combo douche / baignoire, une deuxième chambre avec lit queen, une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et un canapé pliant en taille réelle dans le salon. La deuxième salle de bain a également un combo douche / baignoire.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas pendant votre séjour.

La cour arrière entièrement clôturée est idéale pour se détendre, jouer ou dîner à l'extérieur. N'hésitez pas à saisir un avocat ou une orange des arbres.

Wifi, laveuse et sécheuse, et beaucoup de jouets aident à s'assurer que tout le monde apprécie son séjour!

Perfect San Diego Stay! Amazing location—close to beaches, the zoo, snorkeling, and the USS Midway. Mitch was super responsive, and the welcome coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Clean, comfortable for our group of six, and stocked with games, books, and even a Wii. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was amazing! It had everything we needed and if it didn’t, the host Mitch was on top of it. We had a great experience. The location was centrally located and so good to get around. I can’t speak highly enough of Mitch for going above and beyond for us!

The house was big enough to accommodate all us and the couch turned into bed as well. Location to freeways and nearby attractions is an added bonus. We enjoyed the back patio, weather was perfect. Mitch was helpful and responded to questions.

We stayed at this property during the first week of April. The house was easy to find and near grocery stores, restaurants, and interstates. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt extremely safe. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. I have stayed at other properties and this property is one that I would definitely recommend. The owner is very responsive and attentive. It was a great trip and a perfect stay.

Our 4-sister weekday stay was great. The home is super clean and Mitch responded quickly to any questions and everything we needed was available. This is an older home and we noticed some of the electric plugs were a little loose for holding chargers we plugged in. The air conditioning worked well and we had control of the thermostat which isnt always the case in VRBOs. Oh and the driveway parking is nice as is the easy entry and exit. The neigborhood felt safe for four, 60 something ladies. Thanks Mitch!!

We enjoyed San Diego for Thanksgiving and found Mitch to be helpful with our requests. We might suggest a few more supplies in the kitchen such as a strainer, salad bowl, etc. The kids highchair and toys were very helpful. Thanks!

Authentic San Diego Experience

I grew up in SD but have been away for a very long time. The last few years I have taken my family down for a week each summer. Every neighborhood has its own character and related pros and cons. Clairemont in general and this house in particular (as a child I lived a couple miles away) feel very much like actually living in SD. This made the vacation even more relaxing than it already would have been. Tons of great food and kids activities nearby, safe location, comfy house for relaxing days and a good home base for activities. Great place, I would definitely come back.

Worked out well

As was mentioned in other reviews, the property was clean, well-organized, convenient to San Diego attractions and close to grocery stores. We especially appreciated that one of the bedrooms had twin beds to accommodate our two grandchildren. Although we were not traveling with a baby/toddler, it was clear that there were many items for a younger child (e.g. high chair/portacrib). Even though we were staying over the holidays, we still made use of the beach chairs and beach toys. On a final note, the owner was incredibly prompt and accommodating when responding to our inquiries.

Clairemont home

A beautiful home, very family friendly! A nice, quiet neighborhood also made for a very relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we could’ve needed, supplied by the homeowners. The beds were comfortable too! The kids enjoyed the Wii and played in the backyard with the variety of balls found in the garage. Thank you for a wonderful experience while we visited San Diego!!

Relaxing oasis close to everything

This immaculate home was exactly as shown in the photos. It was a lovely place for our extended family to get together for a few days in San Diego. The living area is perfect to spend time together and the bedrooms felt private. We loved the peaceful back yard. And there were plenty of toys and equipment for children in the house to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was super easy to get downtown to Balboa Park and to La Jolla to see the seals and sea lions. But afterwards we could return to this quiet oasis to relax together. We hope to return someday!

Excellent place for large families and children

We decided to spend our holidays at the beach this year and this house did not disappoint. We had two families, small children and the house was perfect for all of our needs. We are coming back in a year and will definitely be booking again if available. Mitch was also great to communicate with and any questions we had he was very prompt at answering.

Fabulous!

This property and location was exceptional for our vacation. It was close to a couple of beaches and San Diego Zoo was just a short drive. It was close to restaurants and shopping, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and provided all we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys.

We've taken great care of our home and upgraded it along the way, including adding AC for the occasional hot day. Our upgrades have been environmentally friendly when possible, such as installing solar panels and a tankless water heater. It's a comfortable home and neighborhood we hope you enjoy as much as we do!
