Come and enjoy what The Villages is all about at this amazing home in Phillips Villas! So much room and convenience where you can bring man's best friend and spread out in this home-away-from-home. Enjoy access to the home's golf cart to get to some of the best golf in The Villages at Nancy Lopez Legends courses and a handful of great executive courses, as well! It's an easy walk to the pool if you want to stretch your legs or cart over to the country club pool! Some of the best dining is there as well or, if you want something more casual, head to Beef O'Brady's in the plaza.

We love this house. They provided almost everything.
There were many of my friends in this area. And the restaurants were very closed.

Quick Stay for Dad’s 80th
Good communication with rental agency/representative. Fantastic house. A very, very short walk to the pool. Super quiet neighborhood. Well appointed home, especially the kitchen. Didn’t use the golf cart but it looks like a lot of fun and excellent condition. Patio furniture is biggest omission, bite suspect it’s on the horizon? I just wanted to sit in a lounge chair and read outside but nothing on site! (So I did that at the pool!) Oh—-beds are fantastic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We received great help from Remax. They were always helpful, even helped us with receiving our packages at their office. We would definitely work with them again! Loved the house, location was great, the neighbors we’re so welcoming and friendly in the entire area. Lots of places to walk and view the beautiful landscaping around each house. Our dog loved it! Beautiful patio area, wide-open space. I did a little cleaning myself because I’m particular. Overall, the house was clean and I would definitely stay there again.
