This was a solid place with some minor hiccups. We like the neighborhood a lot as it is a perfect spot for a bike ride or going on the reservoir. The kitchen was well appointed for a night of cooking-in, and the living and dining rooms are spacious. There were just a few minor things that made it a four out of five stars- no soap or shampoo at check-in but that was quickly resolved with a delivery from Walmart. There were also towels in the dryer when we arrived. The guest bathroom sink didn’t drain well and the kitchen sink leaked a lot. Overall though a nice place in a great location.

Nice place to stay for our skiing weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while hitting the slopes at Copper Mountain. Well equipped with good instructions for how to enjoy the facilities. Worked great for our mother son trip with teenage boys.

All that we needed

This property had all we needed. The sofa bed was firm enough for my 12year old to get his own space when sleeping Kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub/pool was the perfect bonus after skiing.

This a a great location and quiet neighborhood for skiing Beaver Creek, Breakenridge, Keystone and Vail. Conveniently located near I-70, Frisco retail and the ski resorts.

Wedding weekend

My husband and I came to get married in Colorado and stayed here. It was very well put together, clean, and we had clear communication before hand. No issues, and would absolutely be back again!!

Convenient location w ample room

Overall a good stay. Everything works, water pressure and hot water is plentiful. Plenty of cooking utensils and coffee making equipment. The unit is very clean.Bedding is the only drawback. The beds are in need of updated pillows and extra pillow cases. The bunk bed bedding is pretty uncomfortable, pretty easy fix with mattress pads.

Book it! My family and I enjoyed this condo over a long holiday weekend and plan to come back later this year. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms are good sized and have plenty of space to store luggage out of the way. The area is very well kept and close to a community pool that we enjoyed nightly after spending the days fishing. Shopping and activities are close by which was very convenient for planning meals and quick trips into town. There is a “lagoon” on the property that my son enjoyed fishing at a couple times during our stay. Our hostess was easy to contact and very prompt to answer any questions I had including recommendations for local places to eat. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the location/clean /well stocked.

Great rental! Enjoyed having a garage and easy access to biking trails which is what we spend alot of time doing . Description of rental stated you can see the sunset over the Rockies which made us believe we could see it from the condo which is not the case you have to walk down the road to the field. But this is no big deal over all we were very pleased with or time there.

Perfect place for a family of 4

We loved this property. Perfect location! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable abs the place itself was very cozy. Would definitely recommend this place. Just to note the stairs entering the condo are pretty steep. No problem for us but might be for others.

Great condo with easy access

We had a wonderful stay at the Lagoon Condo. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and was exactly what our family needed. We had easy access to Breck and all the surrounding towns. 2 things I would like to have seen updated are the coffee pot and the shower in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.
