Tom and Jan were helpful from the very beginning and incredibly easy to work with throughout our stay. The location of the property was perfect, both walkable and conveniently drivable to most of the areas you’d want to visit. We actually ended up spending more time at the house than we originally expected because the pool and grill area were so enjoyable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again.

This house was perfect for our family. Easy to walk to the beach, close to good restaurants, well-stocked kitchen and it was so nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and other water toys. The pool was also really nice! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very happy with our stay! Enjoyed the private pool and short 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall the neighborhood is nice and quiet, but there is nearby construction noise right now (obviously can’t be controlled by the host). We appreciated the simple check-out process! House has a lot of nice extras- plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, pool noodles, a float, 2 beach umbrellas, plenty of hangers in the closets etc. Easy travel! Very family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed for 3 nights on a short notice trip. The hosts were very kind and accommodative. Great location. The short walk to the beach was a plus. Excellent communication, and the property was well maintained and provisioned. If we were to return, we would definitely consider staying at Surf and Sand at Terra Mar again. Wonderful Spring Break

My wife and two boys really enjoyed our sunny vacation. The home was clean and comfortable, the pool provided a fun place to chill, and the beach was just a short 15min walk. Great visit and communication.

Great vacation in quiet Neighborhood

Great vacation

The house was perfectly located for our beach trip. The house had many fun activities and provided chairs and an umbrella for us to use at the beach. It really helped the little one stay cool for a fun day at the beach. Def recommend staying here!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I along with my son, DIL and 11 month old Grandson, stayed here for a visit with family. This home was in a great location and the hospitality was like no other. Grandson loved the pool and watching us play ping pong!
