Sweet Bamboo Beach Cottage

If you are looking for a sweet, comfortable and clean home for your stay while visiting our beaches or other Calvert County attractions, look no further, we fully renovated this home just for you! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home accommodates 6 with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining area, with a back porch to sit and listen to the sounds of our small beach community or grill your catch of the day on the side porch. We are walking distance to the many restaurants, the beach and boardwalk, and we are only 5 minutes away from Chesapeake Beach and their amenities! Whether you are here to attend a wedding, visit family, take a winery tour (we have 5 in our county alone), come stay with us and check out the charm of Calvert County! And remember, we are only 30 minutes outside Annapolis and 45 minutes outside of DC so you can have a very peaceful stay and still visit Maryland's Capitol and our Nation's Capitol both!

Very clean, perfectly located

Walking into the house it smells amazing, it's extremely clean with cute little touches throughout. The house is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and only a short walk away from stores you can shop for souvenirs. The beach is not far and the owner provided beach passes so we were able to spend most of our days there finding sharks teeth! I highly recommend this house, especially if you bring a furry companion as there's a nice sized fenced in yard!

Great location, clean, and room for the family

Had a great long weekend at N. Beach here. 7th Street is where many of the restaurants are located, 2-3 blocks away, with the ocean just beyond. Seriously, the home is nicer than the pictures even. .

Peaceful weekend

Needed a little quiet time, and the fresh air. Had a nice time. The house is clean,stocked with basic essentials. The beds are comfortable, that is super important to me, I also enjoyed the color choices and decorations. Tracy was prompt and thorough. I’d stay again .

Great cottage in walking distance to the water and many great restaurants.

Very clean, nicely decorated cottage. Yard is completely fenced in and even fenced off between front to back yards. Was great for the dog. Has a great deck in back yard off bedroom. Within walking distance to many great restaurants, ice cream, wine and coffee shops. North Beach is a great town with a boardwalk. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Hope to be back soon!

Exactly as advertised

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful, restful, great neighborhood

This house was the perfect place to visit old friends. Beds were comfortable, house had everything I needed for a long weekend, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It is walking distance (a few blocks) to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Great weekend get away

I brought my daughter with 2 of her friends to celebrate her 14th birthday and the place was perfect. The girls enjoyed walking to town and thrifting, getting ice cream, taking glam shots on the pier and watching movies in the cozy cottage. Tracy was extremely responsive and came out to fix a stuck door lock. Thank you!

Cute house!

The house is lovely and super clean. The location is nice with regard to North Beach, but there is not a lot to do in the area. The water park is completely shut down, and the beach is very small. We ventured into Deale several times for food and views of the marinas. All in all we had a relaxing little getaway.
