Perfectly Appointed

A beautiful well appointed little house to escape to. The owners have thought of everything you could need and it presents so well. Only thing missing was air conditioning, but hats off to the owner who showed up with a new mobile water evap cooler and patio sprayers to help with the heat! Thanks for going over and above!

i stayed at this lovely property over the summer with some of my friends and i cannot recommend them enough!! the house itself was super cute and included everything we needed. the property managers and the owners were amazing to us and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be! we were able to easily get a hold of them when needed and they solved any and every predicament we faced. i even lost my earring in the house and it was left behind, but was able to get it back in a matter of days without having to lift a finger. the location was also perfect as it was central and we could experience everything with just a short 2-5 mins drive! i would 100% recommend this place! thanks for the lovely stay guys :)

Nice house, unfortunately not as good as it could be.

The house is beautiful, fairly new and clean. The check-in and out were easy without complications. Unfortunately, the service and set-up weren’t as great. The wifi wasn’t working, we were only provided with 3 coffee capsules for 4 people and 3 nights. We were lucky to find enough dishwashing liquid for 1 wash and had 2 rolls of toilet paper that just got us through the 3 days. During the 3 days we had to evacuate the house due to bushfires, with no communication and/or updates of the host. We had to find a room at the hotel as we couldn’t go back into the house for the first night with extra costs on us and no electricity until 8pm the day after. Unfortunately, even after making contact with the host, and a small refund for the inconvenience was agreed on, 2 weeks later we have not received anything. A little disappointing overall for the price paid.

It has been a hectic couple of weeks here with the fires and then back to back bookings over Christmas / New Year. We are only just starting to get on top of things now and follow up all fire-affected bookings. We do sincerely apologise for the delay. Thank you as well for the feedback regarding the home. We apologise for the lack of supplies as this is not the standard we adhere to and we'll be checking in with our cleaning team to ensure this is rectified. Next time, please do reach out during your stay as we would have come and stocked up these supplies for you. We hope to welcome you back to one of our homes in the future so we can ensure a better experience for you.

Neat and well appointed

We had a lovely long weekend at Sou Wester. It is a cute little cottage with all the mod cons. Comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a well appointed kitchen.
