Beachside Blue - Stunning ocean views

Wow! I have been managing multiple holiday homes in Mt Maunganui and Papamoa for almost 6 years and have never come across a guest accuse me of these things or publish such lies and slander. This guest did not communicate the reason for the visit nor that it was a third party booking. This is a multi-million dollar property and I will not be doing my job by not doing my due diligence and knowing who is staying and the purpose the property will be used for. The owners of this property entrust me with their largest asset and I have a responsibility. The guest requested single beds to be turned in to king beds, which was not possible due to some beds being built in, bunk beds and the layout of the room and not having the correct size bedding available. The guest had the option to cancel with a full refund when her guest numbers reduced. I sent the guest a text to inquire about their ETA for check in, in order to turn lights on and send self check-in instructions for a late night arrival. I contacted the guest the next morning to check if they are settled and to get clarification on who the main contact will be at the property as I discovered that she was not staying. I wished her well for her wedding. This was the only and last contact I had with this guest. I contacted her father and was able to answer several questions they had. My impression was that they were appreciative of the call. They were fantastic guests. If this guest were honest and upfront and communicated better, we would have been prepared for their needs and would not have had to have any contact during their stay. Thankfully we have many positive 5 star reviews on several platforms which proves the level of service we provide. HOSTS BEWARE..!!
