A hidden gem of the Mornington Peninsula. This amazing four-bedroom, two-bathroom house is the perfect spot for any coastal getaway. The closest beach is only a few minutes walk away (one block to the beach), as well as shops, restaurants and cafes.

THE SPACE
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rosebud, Melbourne's favourite holiday playground, this beautiful holiday home is very close to the local beach.

This home has a coastal homey feel, perfect for you who seek a getaway from the big city. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities along with allocating parking spaces. You can sit back in your own garden and entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ or spend time in the games room for a tennis table match with your family. The home has fast WIFI.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Please note that there is a CCTV camera on the front yard driveway. These are not viewed unless there is an issue.

HEATING/COOLING
Please kindly note: The split system in the lounge room provides efficient heating for your stay. The gas fireplace heater is decorative only and is not for use. The floor vents are from an old ducted system that was removed.

Bedroom 4 - 1x Tri bunk bed (Double bottom/Single top) (sleeps 3)

A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and just unwind.

Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
