If you love Wellfleet, you will love this beautiful four-bedroom, in-town classic. Renovated and beautifully appointed, this comfortable home is less than a 10th of a mile to Wellfleet's beloved Main Street.

Enter an open main living space with multiple sitting areas and dining areas. High ceilings give this refurbished antique an open and airy feel. The dining area has a large table with room for everyone. One of the two sitting areas is a cozy TV nook with flat screen smart TV and cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). The main living area opens to the gourmet kitchen with large island with counter seating, stainless appliances and commercial range. Foodies will be right at home in this well-equipped kitchen.

Off the kitchen is the large screened-in porch with large dining table and additional seating--sure to be a favorite spot for meals, games, a good book and some good conversation.

At the front of the house on the first floor, there is a half bath and a bedroom. The bedroom has a full bed and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower.

Two staircases, one at the front of the house and the other off the kitchen, lead to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master at the front of the house has a queen bed. The other second floor bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower with access from the hall and the master.

Another set of stairs leads to the third floor bedroom with two twins. This bedroom has skylights, a foosball table and a half bath (sink with water closet).

The home has wood floors throughout and window air conditioning units in the first floor living room and all four bedrooms. NOTE: As is common in many antique homes, stairs are rather steep.

Just off the screened-in porch is a lovely bluestone patio with Adirondack chairs and firepit. The patio looks out over the yard and garden with beautiful seasonal flowers.

Comforts include window air conditioning units, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer (in room off garage, shared with garage apartment).

This delightful home is just off Main Street--a short walk to all the best of the town. Less than a mile to Mayo Beach and the town pier, 0.2 mi to Uncle Tim's Bridge, 0.5 mi to the Wellfleet Public Library. Close to the popular Wellfleet Farmers Market held every Wednesday. Short drive to the town's famous freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod National Seashore sites, trails and beaches, Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and WHAT Theatre. Enjoy exploring the town's restaurants, shops and galleries. Even more to explore in the neighboring towns of Truro and Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
