This unit has a main living area with a nicely equipped galley kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a sofa, flat screen smart TV with YouTubeTV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts), WiFi, ceiling fan, ductless split unit air conditioner and a slider to the balcony deck.

There is a full bathroom off the living room with a tub/shower and a combination washer/dryer (unit is intended for small/light loads, best for washing, drying rack provided).

The bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner.

The slider in the main living area opens to the balcony deck with chairs and table--an ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy the wonderful views.

A private stairway from the first floor common area leads to the association beach below. Beach access varies with the tides.

One designated parking space. A second space may be available in the complex's overflow parking lot on a first come, first served basis.

Close to Provincetown! The property is on the shuttle route--park your car and take a short ride into Ptown for restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and more. Head out to popular Race Point and Herring Cove Beaches in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Golf, live concerts at Payomet Performing Arts, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards are only a short drive away in Truro.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
