Fully renovated second floor apartment in the heart of West Palm Beach Antique Row District. You will find yourself centrally located to Downtown West Palm beach with in 5 minutes, 10 minutes to Palm Beach or Lake worth Beach and walking distance to great restaurants, shops and entertainment.
Guest access
Guest have access to the first floor lounge area and BBQ area.
Other things to note
Parking is open street parking in front of the property. Garbage bins are located to the far end of the building. We take care of removing them for garbage pick up days.

The laundry room is shared and is located on the first floor to the left of the building.

Should you need additional cleanings you can contact our cleaning you can contact me to set it up for an additional fee.

Palm Beach Chic Experience

2 Roaches. One big roach alive in the kitchen and the other dead in the bathroom. Roach in bathroom was found after 1st day and the roach in the kitchen was found 3 days later. If it wasn't for the roaches, I would have given a 4 for cleanliness. If parking was better, I would have given 3 for location and neighborhood.

Worst stay of the century! Never will my family book Vrbo again.

Literally had the worst day of my life. From not being able to get in to the apartment to arriving to an unsafe area and not having any parking for our family car, saying that the beach was five minutes away that was a lie. The pictures are deceiving and last, but not least. We had to end up getting an hotel to accommodate us because we were not able to stay at the location nor did we want to or felt safe enough to do so. Also, once we spoke to the owner of the home, there was not much apparently she could do but assure me and my fiancé that the location is a great place. This rental home has been the most deceiving property yet. Thanks for ruining my family and I Christmas and then not doing anything to accommodate us. Not even switch the location or try to help get into the apartment. My family will never ever book through VRBO ever again thanks to this unfortunate situation. Thanks Karen!

Beautiful place!

This is a small cozy place to stay! We enjoyed everything about this rental! Such a nice home feeling, super clean! Parking could be difficult at times but overall a wonderful place! Would stay again! 10/10

Just need to do something about the clothing hanging system in the bedroom. Gotta hang my clothes.

Visit to WPB

The property manager, Karen, was really great to work with! There was confusion regarding the booking online but Karen made it right. Check in was very efficient and she communicated back quickly when I sent her an email. The apartment is beautiful, modern and clean. The TV was an issue as the one in the living room did not work and the tv in the bedroom was difficult to navigate. I was in WPB at an event at the convention center which was a 10 minute Uber drive away. However, as a 60+ woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe walking around the immediate neighborhood by myself. All things considered, I’m giving the property a 4 overall.
