Aqua Retreat - maison avec piscine

Cette belle maison de vacances de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bains est située dans une cour calme nichée entre les plages avant et arrière de Rye. Ce n'est qu'à une courte promenade du célèbre Peninsula Pantry café (idéal pour les cafés et le petit déjeuner).

La propriété dispose d'une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire située dans un beau jardin naturel avec un barbecue intégré qui se connecte au gaz de ville. Vous pouvez vous détendre et vous détendre dans votre propre salon extérieur couvert privé avec de grands canapés donnant sur la piscine.

Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision Smart plasma avec Optus Fetch (avec pack Platine) et DVD, qui s'ouvre sur une cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle, machine à café K-Fee (vous devez apporter vos propres dosettes), micro-ondes et table à manger pour 6 personnes . La buanderie a une machine à laver et la salle de bain a une baignoire. Une connexion Wi-Fi est également disponible gratuitement.

La propriété dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage canalisé afin que vous puissiez être à l'aise pour une escapade estivale ou une escapade hivernale.

Advertised as Solar Heated Pool but it looks like that hasn't worked for quite some time. Perfect place though if you have a small to medium dog as the back yard is fully fenced off if you want to leave your dog at home when you go out. In a very quiet court with a great covered outdoor area with a Natural Gas BBQ. I would book again

We had a wonderful experience at this property, perfect for both us and our dog. The decking area is fantastic, providing ample space and everything you need for a relaxing bbq. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the weather and the season, but that didn't diminish our overall enjoyment. We had a great time. It’s close to the hot springs and short drive to the beach, supermarket.

We really enjoyed our stay it was close to Rye’s Main Street but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. The property was clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

Relaxing retreat

This quiet, but close to everything location was just what we needed for a brief but much needed escape from city life. Clear instructions at booking time meant we had everything we needed when we arrived. We even braved the pool, despite the cold! Would love to come again in the warmer weather.

Nice but needs a sprucing up.

Garden next to Pool needs needs maintenance as creepers were hanging in pool and the tree needs trimming as lots of leaves etc falling into pool. The inside of house is sufficient but a mould is growing in laundry sink and can affect people’s health. Toilet seat needs changing.

Rye getaway

The house was clean and tidy, a bit smaller than I thought. Backyard great for kids. Pool freezing even though it was supposed to be heated to 31 deg. Kids wouldn’t swim in it. The bed covers could use a freshening up as they look quite old and faded.

As advertised, the pool is solar heated and will only heat up if the weather has been hot enough and we do not guarantee it will be 31 degrees.

Quiet and tranquil and good location. Children enjoyed the pool and we made use of BBQ though the oven in the kitchen didn’t appear to work. Mattress in master bedroom could do with replacement. We enjoyed our stay pity it wasn’t longer.

Overall a very dissatisfying house - needs a lot of work wrote it should be rented out again.

We left feeling very disappointed and deceived. The house is very small, the beds very noisy and uncomfortable. Whenever the shower was used it was very noisy - high pitched squeaking could be heard throughout out the house. Not cool when you have 2 small children. It rained a little and every time we were either trapped inside or outside as the pergola leaked heavily over the doorways. There was vhs tapes a great selection but no vhs player? The pool was absolutely freezing. We had saved for a while to afford this and are very disheartened with our stay.

Warm and cosy

Great property, very quiet neighbourhood. Few items were not working, VHS and DVD but Foxtel and having wifi made up for it! Was a cosy place, great for a small family! Pool being solar heated was cold but my kids still enjoyed it. Will definitely stay here again.

SO RELAXING AND PERFECT!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our summer holiday at Aqua Retreat. They recently put on WiFi and added the Platinum package of Foxtel with all of the channels. We felt so lucky to be able to stay in such a relaxed and comfortable property. The pool is fantastic and the kids loved it. Beach Retreats were fantastic to deal with and we would book through them every time.
