Nashville et le magnifique lac! Emplacement parfait avec des vues spectaculaires !!!

MAGNIFIQUE maison sur le vieux lac Hickory. Beaucoup de gens m'ont dit que ma maison de rĂȘve a la plus belle de toutes les vues sur le lac Old Hickory. Re-meublĂ© avec charme rustique / chic. Dock disponible moyennant des frais uniques. Courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de Nashville et proche de tout. C'est vraiment une propriĂ©tĂ© extraordinaire avec 6 niveaux de terrasse donnant sur le vaste lac.
Peut accueillir 10 mais je prĂ©fĂšre 8 au maximum pour les personnes qui sont pointilleuses sur les lits gonflables. Il a tout pour le confort. IdĂ©al pour la romance, et la famille et les amis incroyables s'enfuient! Il s'agit d'une grande maison d'environ 3 000 pieds carrĂ©s. Il y a 3 chambres, chacune avec un ROI, et deux REINES. J'ai Ă©galement un grand lit gonflable Frontgate King qui peut ĂȘtre installĂ© n'importe oĂč et est surĂ©levĂ© comme un vrai lit - trĂšs confortable et haut de gamme. Un gonflable de qualitĂ© reine en bois. Ont Ă©galement deux traverses Ă  trois volets Twin XL qui peuvent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©es dans n'importe quelle piĂšce.

Excellent property just steps from the lake. We had a lovely time enjoying the afternoons on the multiple decks and taking out the kayaks and paddleboards. Highly recoomend!

Great Girls Weekend!

Me and a group of girlfriends rented this property for a nice girls weekend getaway. Randi was so easy to communicate with and made herself readily available to answer any questions throughout the weekend if needed. The house was even better than the pictures! Such a beautiful view and spacious. These people have done a fabulous job on this place. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the lake with beautiful views and spacious living space inside and out. We had 6 adult men in our group and we had plenty of space and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well appointed. Our host Randi, who we got to meet was a joy! She was responsive and made sure we had what we needed. This is a special place and close to where we all went to high school so will likely be a return destination. Thanks again Randi!

Awesome lake house with great host!

Our group which was 3 families had a phenomenal time at this comfortable, lake retreat. From the second we arrived the host was extremely responsive and even took the time to great and help carry some of our luggage inside. The house was newly renovated, very spacious and had four very large bed rooms. The outdoor deck area was also huge and this house offers direct lake access. You will not go wrong with booking your next vacation here.

Perfect lake house experience

We had a group of 10, and it was perfectly suited for us. Plenty of room for all and had a great time swimming in the lake just off the dock!

Quick Weekend Trip

Our family celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday. Loved the closeness to Old Hickory Lake. If you don’t have a boat, I couldn’t recommend Sweetwater Pontoon enough! Loved our day out on the lake.

Beautiful place

This was a great spot for our annual gals weekend. Beautiful views of the lake; lovely to sit on the dock, etc but also close to downtown Nashville for nightlife. Close to hiking at nearby state parks as well. Owner is very attentive and accommodating.

Heavenly hideout the water

Comfortable, stylish home on water facing west, bringing incredible sunsets each night. Kitchen has everything you could ever need, and the communication with the owner is excellent. Would definitely recommend. Can’t say enough good things.

Great weekend trip with friends

Our group had a fantastic time with our stay. The lake house is on a hillside, and it overlooks the water below with a great view of tree canopies and sunsets. We spent time hanging out in the screened in porch, we grilled burgers one night, and during the day we relaxed out on the dock in the sun. For our group of 10 people, this house felt more than spacious with plenty of different rooms in which to socialize. Our host was very communicative when we had questions, and the listing was accurately displayed. Overall great trip.

The house was gorgeous.., plenty of room to spread out and amazing views ......it was rainy the whole time so we unfortunately did not enjoy the outside and dock as much as we had planned but I'm sure in nicer weather it would have been great. The owner was incredibly accommodating and wonderful to deal with . Looking forward to our next trip!

Spectacular

I came to nashville to comfort a friend losing his mother and stayed one night here me and my wife enjoyed it and Randi was so good as to leave some cheesecake to enjoy. We let our friend and his wife stay the last night and they both said it was exactly what they needed. If it included a boat it would have been perfect.

Beautiful Spring Break Retreat

Happy to have found this scenic and comfortable retreat for us to share with another family during our spring break trip. The Pottery Barn and Frontgate-style furnishings gave the house a relaxing but upscale feel. The view of the water was enjoyed from several rooms, decks and the screened in porch. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out and also congregate for meals, and fishing off the dock was a big hit with everyone. The owner was very conscientious and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home in such a scenic setting, just a short drive from Nashville sites.

Randi was an incredible host. Very easy to communicate with. House was better than pictures. The view off the dock at sunset over the lake is unbelievable. Take advantage of the gas grill to save money by cooking in. Thank you Randi cant wait to come back. Easy drive to Nashville 18 minutes to Broadway bars

Great Weekend Lake House Stay

Beautiful lake house with plenty of space and sleeping spots for large groups. Great view of the lake and boats, especially in the evening, and plenty of space on the rear tiered balconies. Our group had a great time down at the dock and in the lake with the inflatables that are provided. House is a 25 minute uber drive from downtown, making it the best of both worlds to take advantage of downtown Nashville and the privacy of the lake house. Randi did a great job communicating with us during our stay with any questions that came up. Our group had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Annual friends getaway

Very peaceful lake house setting. Nicely updated main floor. We were a group of 4 couples with an average age of 62 all in good shape. The house has a great deal of steps to the lake. Getting up and down approximately 120 steps and stepping stones was difficult for the few with artificial knees and/or hips. Not a problem otherwise. House has multiple decks with nice screened in porches. Owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

Great house with amazing view, convenient location

This house was the perfect destination for our group of 7, and we could have very comfortably stayed here with a larger group. The house is roomy with plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining, and the view of the river is simply fantastic. It is located closely enough to Nashville to make a night on the town no problem, but you’ll want to spend plenty of time at the house too! Randi was so helpful throughout, and checked in a couple times to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this property and it will be top of mind if we come back to Nashville!

Lake House

We loved staying at the house on the lake. Even though we didn't use the lake at all, the view was beautiful and I would wake up every morning and look out the windows. The house was very roomy and close enough to Nashville for us to go to everyday. Randi kept in contact with me the whole time and it didn't matter what time I asked her a question about different things in the house, the response I got back was right away.

Highly recommend this house

We stayed in Randi’s house over the weekend for a bachelorette party. We were hoping for a partial lake weekend and partial downtown Nashville experience, and we got just what we wanted! The house and the view were spectacular. Enough room to fit 9-10 girls comfortably. A true 20 min from the airport and ~30 minute Uber to Broadway with traffic ($20 for Uber x). Randi was quick to respond with any question I asked- was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!

From the NE, something called me to Tennessee. Perhaps the nature, which hasn't disappointed. The home has been renovated and I am ready to share it again after a 100 year old Oak destroyed the entire back. The inside is modern, spacious, open and engaging for all guests.

It really is a unique and ideal setting and beautiful home. As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were WOWED! It was serendipitous.
And I bought it from two amazing people who sing and have written songs here. A true GEM.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The viewing deck with the expansive view of Old Hickory Lake (main channel of the Cumberland River), and never tiring of the barge that goes by. It is a peaceful home that has all modern amenities including heated floors and toilet seat in the master suite on the main floor. Great place to relax, have fun, and create memories.
