Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Kitchen and main living area was nice and open. Kids had a blast in the pool. The property is in a gated community which is nice. Note that the property is about 10 min drive to many of the attractions.

Best trip ever!!

We visit Aruba frequently, my family and I. There are only three of us but we enjoyed the space of the home so very much. There is nothing quite like pulling up every night and feeling like you’re at home. It was an amazing place. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Amazing getaway

The home is absolutely beautiful and is perfect travelling with family. Everyone was able to be together but also have their own privacy. Property was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend this property. The only thing missing is an outdoor dining set…would have loved to dine out in the backyard

Ahhmazing.private.luxurious.relaxing.beautiful.

This was the best experience, wide open space, beautifully decorated, clean and the property managers were incredible. We would stay here in a heart beat over and over again. The private pool was so relaxing. I could go on and on. My kids didn’t even want to leave and we were going to the surf club which is geared towards them!

Family Vacation

This vacation rental is true to the info as seen online. The beds were very comfortable, in most rentals we've stayed in, the beds are fair, these have been the best so far. The home was very clean and had most amenities we needed. The kitchen and living room is situated for endless family time. We spent hours playing games. We would definitely stay here again .

Ladies getaway

This home is so beautiful, well maintained. The owners are very tentative, the pool was my favorite part of th home. The beds where comfortable lots of space throughout the home . I had a party of 10

Good listing

I liked this property, it was just like the picture. They only thing was the fact that it was a self serving location meaning we had to provide certain essentials ourselves. However the owner did assist us in getting the stuff we needed.

Great location for family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our time extended family vacation. The management team was extremely responsive to any concerns that came up. They were kind and understanding and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and after reaching out to the management company, fully equipped to serve 10 people. The one comment we would add is that while It is 5 bedrooms, the bedroom with the external entrance would be better used by someone comfortable with independence as the room door opens directly to the outside pool. That room also is smaller and has much less storage area than any other the other bedrooms.

Nice property, one suggestion

This is a very nice property. One suggestion would be the following: My wife and I have stayed in quite a few villa's throughout the Caribbean. In most all cases, there were 'extras' left behind by previous guests. For example, spices like red pepper or oregano for use in cooking. We often use these types of items and will always leave behind more than we used, but these were not available here. Note that this is a *small* detail, but something to be aware of nonetheless.

The best thing I can say about a property is the pictures are a fair representation of the property, and this absolutely was just like the pictures. Security and maintenance personnel were friendly. The house is truly outstanding. We had a few issues which I will share:First, this is a corporate property so the communication is very standard. The instructions for entry were not comprehensive or accurate. A video would have been helpful. Luckily, the back door was unlocked so we waited inside for the 40 minutes it took for maintenance to come. They also answered several other questions not addressed in the emails as there was no binder for the property like most properties. They do provide an app but it is generic.Secondly, the 1-800 number is not very helpful as all they do is input a ticket for maintenance but cannot tell you anything about status. Our propane ran out and the rep could not tell us when maintenance was coming so we had no idea if we should wait or transfer the steaks to the stove (they came the next day).Third, we had some plumbing issues that took three trips to resolve. Lastly, we received an email one week prior to arrival from the HOA with rules not in the listing. Only one (limit of 2 vehicles) was concerning, but it was not enforced so it was no big deal. All rules should be in a listing.The property is 5 stars but the issues dropped it to 4 mainly due to surprise rules one week prior to the trip that could have been an issue.

The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was seamless and very easy. We thought we had a minor maintenance problem and someone showed up immediately... it turned out to be nothing. Also, one of the guests left something in the house after check out. Communication was extremely fast and effective and the guest was able to pick up the item very quickly. Would definitely stay again!
