Manzanita is a charming North Coast beach town, with fun shops and a gorgeous beach framed by beautiful Neahkahnie Mountain. At Del-Pine, you can enjoy all that Manzanita has to offer because it is literally on your downtown doorstep: you’ll be steps to shopping and a five-minute walk to the beach. You and your guests will love the vaulted ceiling, impressive stone fireplace, leather sectional and wall-mounted TV of the upscale living room. The adjoining dining room with seating for six opens to the stylish, retro kitchen with its granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, opening to a large outdoor deck. The master queen bedroom suite boasts a glassed walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs, three charming bedrooms and a full bath will delight your guests.

You’ll enjoy relaxing on the front porch or strolling down the street for delightful shops featuring art, wine, candy, books, clothing, ice cream, spa services, groceries, dining and more. A quick walk to the beach gives you ocean vistas and a look at the surrounding mountains, which may inspire a hike up Neahkahnie for breathtaking views of the coast. Go east for fishing in the Nehalem River or Bay or continue north up the coast to visit Seaside, Cannon Beach or Astoria. You’ll be glad to return in the evening for a roaring fire and soak in the tub to rejuvenate for more coastal exploration from your basecamp, Del-Pine!

Great home for our group of 8 adults and 2 small dogs. Our bedrooms had queen size beds that were comfortable and the living room was large with good seating.The kitchen had the minimum of cooking pans and one needed to bring condiments and sugar. It did have a very nice barbecue.The location was perfect for walking through town and close to the coast.

Great spot for family of 6 with 2 couples, 2 singles, one dog (all adults). Very much how it was staged. I thought the attention to detail was very thorough and thoughtful. Almost everything you need is there. Access to beach was a real plus. We had one on a walker and they were able to access the town and beach from the house…no need for cars!Very clean , very organized, worth the price

This home was in an incredible location (1/2 block to the Main Street & 3 blocks to the beach).The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Great spacious kitchen. We are planning on returning.

The property was very clean. The kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice large dining table, which made it easy for our group of 8 to eat together and play cards in the evening. The beach was a very short walk plus easy to walk into town. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Easy walk to beach, clean house, beach toys, well-stocked kitchen, good sized table for games, cable tv for football playoffs. Lost a star because the house was COLD when we arrived and we didn’t love wearing our puffer jackets inside for the first few hours of our stay. Other than that, this was a great stay.

Gem in the heart of Manzanita

The location could not be any better and the presence of 4 full size bedrooms with queen beds in each is hard to find and very welcome for a family vacation with adult kids and their partners. We had an amazing time!

They say location is everything and this property most certainly was. Close to Winery, grocery and beech. Loved the front porch for people watching and the back porch for grilling!

Wonderful house!

House was spacious, comfortable (including beds) and within four blocks of everything including the beach! The beach at Manzanita is beautiful and so firm and flat it make s for wonderful walks. I love this quiet little town!
