Maisonnets invites you to experience the charm of this newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Bondi Beach. Complete with portable air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and two large flatscreen TVs, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience. A spacious living area features stunning views of Bondi Beach, just a short stroll away.
The Space:
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a 4-burner ceramic electric cooktop, under-bench oven, ‘Nespresso’ style coffee machine, family size refrigerator, loads of bench top/ pantry space. A moveable air-conditioning unit provides cool relief in the summer months.
There are 3 bedrooms located off a central hallway all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers a spacious walk-in robe with plenty of storage space for longer stays, a super king size bed, block-out blinds and its own wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV. A roomy private en-suite comes with frameless glass shower recess, large shower rose and stylish stone tiling. The second and third bedrooms are also furnished with queen size beds, built-in robes and block-out blinds.

The Neighborhood:
White sandy beach and crystal blue water make Australia’s iconic Bondi Beach a magnet for swimmers, sun lovers and surfers from around the globe. A fabulous selection of shops, eateries and bars are all with a short stroll of the apartment, as well popular markets held weekly in the nearby grounds of Bondi Beach Public School. Don’t miss the famous Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk, a picturesque trail with spectacular ocean views, a chance to spot whales and home to the annual ‘Sculptures By The Sea’ exhibition held over October/November.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own secure car space but if you prefer public transport, it couldn’t be easier with the South Bondi bus stop on Campbell Parade just a 1 minute walk away. From here you can catch regular services to Bondi Junction, one of Sydney’s major transport and shopping hubs in about 12 minutes, or into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in under 40 minutes.

* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private apartment specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.
* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.

BEST IN BONDI
Communication with the manager was good she explained everything even down to where the nearest Woolies was which was a little hidden away in the main drag. Everything you could ask for was supplied. We had never stayed in Bondi before and the location was also great, close to transport, never used the car while we stayed. Hope to get down that way again. Will be my go to place.

This divine unit may be one of the best places we've ever stayed! And with the most attentive, available, responsive concierge service to help us settle in and guide us as needed. Large and light, beautiful view of Bondi Beach from the spacious living area; comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms. Amazing soaking tub. For our three generation group - grandparents, son, granddaughter - the apartment suited us all.
While the unit includes parking, we didn't need to use our car. Nearby bus goes directly into Bondi Junction and Sydney for shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend the charming cafe that's about a block away - past that there are dozens of restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. Two nearby grocery stories (if you'd like to stay in and cook, the kitchen is very well supplied!) We walked the Coast Trail, our son spend time body surfing at different beaches (in a new wetsuit he's thrilled to say came from Bondi Beach). I have said plenty but cannot say enough about this fabulous place.
